When I called on a Sunday, thinking I'd just be leaving a message, I got the owner who took the time out from a child's birthday party to answer the phone. I was given an appointment window of 11am to noon the following day (it wasn't an emergency situation) and the plumbers showed up at 11:15am...they're prompt and that's a huge plus for someone who had to leave work early to be available for the appointnment. They quickly diagnosed the cause of the sewer mainline backup and fixed the problem in a timely manner and also offered advice to prevent future issues. The guys were friendly and personable and answered all my questions and concerns.

I've used Keith's Plumbing on several occasions, toilet repair and replacement, slow bathroom drains, water-heater replacement. He or his employees show up with they say they will, do what they need to do, clean up after themselves and leave. When the toilet replacement required some tile repair, he recommended someone who also took care of business.

I've known plumbers who don't show up at all, but on two occasions, Keith was early. Once, he called ahead to ask if he could come early. the second time, he was just a few minutes early.

I'm happy I found Keith. I don't need a plumber often, but when I need one, I call Keith.

Keith was very prompt in answering our phone call and his response time was excellent! After dealing with multiple issues in our shower and tub faucet that made us waste so much water, he fixed the problem and replaced the faucet on the spot. Couldn't be happier with the response time, friendliness and cost. Will definitely be using him in the future if we have other issues.

Lived up to 5 Star Reviews. Keith called me back w/in hour. Scheduled next day as it was not an emergency. Mike and Fernando showed up within window and we're knowledgeable. Main Sewer drain was clogged and they cleared it with machine. Also identified another source of smell coming from backdraft of gases via openings around my vent. In and Out within 30 minutes, hardest part was getting off the sewer caps which have never been touched. Replaced caps, price was fair. I would recommend Keith's Plumbing and Heating.
