Keith was immediately responsive to my initial phone call when I had water leaking into my basement from the main level of the house and we did not know where the water was coming from. It turned out that there was a crack in the waste line inside the basement wall, which he repaired once the walls were taken down and the area was accessible. Keith, and Brian, were a pleasure to work with. They are professional, polite and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. My daughter and her in-laws have also used Keith and were very happy with his work. I highly recommend Keith.

This was our first time using Keith's Plumbing services. His associate Ken came for both the initial consultation, which was complementary, and the install. Kenny was professional and personable. Kenny was nice enough to take a look at another faucet in the home, and was able to complete the project that same day. We will definitely be reaching out in the future when other projects arise.

In this crazy world that we are living in just imagine going to your basement where you find a flood on the concrete floor of the laundry side and find the bar sink over flowed on the carpeted side the carpet soaked through. My husband cleaned up th mess, and we figured it was a fluke. Life went on as usual with 3 people using the bathrooms. The next check at 3PM found the slop sinks overflowing as well. We knew that we had a clogged main drain. I went to Yelp. The first plumber went by appointment only and first one was Saturday. I called Keith, his message said that if it's an emergency say so. I did. He called right back and Peter was at our house at 6PM fixed everything in short order. He was a pleasure and a savior. Very reasonable price. Keith is now my go to plumber. By the way this happened 8 months ago and we called Rotorooter. They did a half assed job, and charged us twice as much and with a 6 month guarantee. Funny how it happened just after guarantee was up. Stick with Keith. And thanks Peter.

Our kitchen sink all of a sudden starts to emit a bad smell when I am running hot water or dish washer is in use. i thought it was the p trap was leaking. Called the co in the morning and Brian showed up same day. Brian was very courteous, professional and most importantly, willing to listen:P trap is fine, main drain line is fine, water tank is fine; it is hard to detect where the bad odor comes from. Brain didn't simply give up or called the work done since there is no pipe, or plumbing issue; he kept looking and searching for the source. And he was able to pinpoint it was the insulation material around the dishwater that is emitting bad smell. very impressed by Brain!

This is the 4th time I've used Keith. Had a new toilet installed. He came on time. Was in and out within 25 minutes, cleaned up after himself and brought the old toilet to the curb. He is reliable and reasonably priced

Keith is a pro! He fixed our pressure relief valve issue as well as a problem with our boiler. He was prompt, reliable and fair. He cares about the customer and he called to make sure all was well. Highly recommended!
