These guys are incredible. KCB Plumbing has done some odd jobs at my house - things like cleaning the water heater and fixing a leaky sink. I was blown away by their professionalism and quality of work. They are reliable, efficient and clean. You'd never know they were in your home...except that your problem is solved!

Kcb Plumbing gave us outstanding service. We were purchasing a home and Keevin and team came out to do a thorough inspection on the home, even running a camera through our main line to the sewer where they found 20% blockage in our pipes. They gave us a very fair quote to fix the blockage and a handful of other items that needed to be fixed--corroded pipes, leak under kitchen sink, etc. We then also asked for a quote to remove the old dated tank water heater, and get a new tankless heater which we wanted to move outside. Again, we shopped around and found that Keevin's pricing was fair.
After we purchased the house, Kcb came out and did all the work they had quoted in the inspection. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with amazing quality. His team arrived on-time everyday and the work was completed within a week, even digging up the front yard to get to the main line. The yard even looks great--you could never tell we had the work done!
I will definitely call Kcb for any of our future plumbing needs. They are fair and do great work.

I wish there was a negative rating. This company has put me through plumbing hell.

My toilet overflowed and they sent out a young new guy who rammed the auger into the toilet, chewing up the porcelain inside the toilet bowl. This occurs when you don't know what you're doing. Then he used the auger on the bathtub causing damage to the bathtub finish. Then he unscrewed the cover to the access for the hot and cold water somehow thinking that he could auger that too, he replaced the screws but instead of screwing them back in straight, he left them jutting out at a sharp angle causing a friend to cut her hand.

The owner, who at this point had never called me back, sent out a rude guy who announced four times that he was ""THE SUPERINTENDENT"" who looked at the toilet damage, calling me a liar, that the damage was done by someone previously (funny, I had used this same plumbing company before) and after calling me a liar said it's an old toilet anyway. So what? The age is not relevant, it was in perfect condition. Was.

Then a week later the toilet overflowed again because the new, young guy had failed to fix it. They were too busy to send someone out because they had ""HUGE JOBS"" but finally four days after my first call they sent the same new, young guy out even though I said I preferred someone who had experience and this time he did as I suggested the first time, use the cleanout and the access vent.

Then they had the nerve to demand payment for this second visit to fix what the first visit failed to do and after they failed to fix the damage done to my toilet.

This guy says he cannot repair the damage he did to my toilet and that I was lying, the damage was there before, not his fault, of course.

Well, when I suggested that this time he use the cleanout as I had suggested before (but he refused) he said it wasn't done properly, it was a ""health hazard"" and an OSHA. Then he called me a liar again when I said a plumber from his company had done it, so I pulled out the Invoice proving that what I said was true, and he refused to look at it.

Then the office manager called me demanding payment over the phone, when I informed her of the OSHA violation and wouldn't the owner like to know this serious charge by her own plumber, she said no, she wasn't going to tell him, she just wanted $149.00 to fix what I had already paid them to fix the week before. Her voice rising, ""These are two separate trips"", yes, but the same issue, roots don't grow back in a week.

You can't make this stuff up. She said the roots were causing the overflow but the roots don't grow back in a week!

If you have a ""HUGE NEW HOUSING TRACT"" they may be OK, but it's obvious that they hate working with homeowners.

Awesome service, excellent workmanship, great prices. I should have Yelp'd a long time ago as I've now had KCB Plumbing do three jobs at my home over the past couple of years. Today, they installed a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system in my kitchen. My old, antiquated filtration ""system"" was installed 15+ years ago and the saddle valve and filter were both leaking under my sink. They got the system installed this morning by 8:30! Great job, I highly recommend these guys.
