If I could give KCB Plumbing 10 stars I would. Keevin Blue is the founder and has the most legit plumbing company I've had the pleasure to work with. I have worked with a host of contractors managing building projects for my HOA for the last 20 years. Keevin handles his business with integrity, respect for clients, and ingenuity to address even the most unusual projects, while offering fair pricing.

In our condo building, the individual units have private patios that were not draining. We had several companies suggest we divert the rainwater to our subterranean level. This would have resulted in flooding a homeowner's garage (Big Fail)!

KCB Plumbing addressed the holistic issues. Keevin suggested diverting the plumbing but continuing the pipe underground to our sump pump. And due to several heavy rain seasons, we upgraded to a dual sump pump which required a new electrical board.

The project became more interesting when Keevin discovered several things: First we were missing a French drain which was designed in the original architectural plans - so we did a change order to include that. Second, as Keevin's crew excavated for the new pipes, they discovered the original discharge pipes that carry water from the sump pump to the street had cracked underneath our foundation. The properties Ficus tree roots were aggressively attacking our plumbing. This caused a sink hole that had to be addressed.

Kevin creatively handled this by rerouting the pipes along an outer wall and then reconnected to our discharge pipes beyond where the pipe was cracked. For each problem we incurred, KCB plumbing delivered a solution.

When Keevin's crew had finished the job, not only did it function well but aesthetically his work was impeccable. We have had two rain seasons since the repairs and all patios are draining well while keeping the subterranean garage dry. I fully endorse this company.

KCB Plumbing was on a list of recommended plumbers for the Falsken softener system which we wanted installed at our house. Keevin, the president of KCB, came to assess our situation and provide a quote. Not only were we impressed with Keevin's friendly but professional approach and his evident expertise with the system, but KCB's detailed quote was less than another quote we had obtained for the same equipment and job. We also wanted to hire KCB because they were familiar with our KWC European shower system which none of the plumbers in our area seem to have experience with and don't want to touch or just want to replace entirely - and this is after we had already paid another plumber several hundred dollars about a year ago but continued to have problems.

On the day of our softener install, Keevin, his foreman Bill and two other workers arrived on time, and Keevin made sure everyone understood the details of the job before he left. The work completed looked clean, professional and the cost was as quoted, and KCB also arranged to have the work permitted and approved by the City, as we had requested. Needless to say, we passed the inspection quickly and with flying colors. KCB will be returning, after receiving the ordered parts for our shower, and I have no doubt they will fix our shower as promised!

Looked into doing a repipe of my house. Got a few quotes from the repipe specialists companies and also KCB plumbing. Keevin came out, inspected my home, answered all my questions, and gave me a quote that was competitive and actually cheaper than most of the competition. Decided to put off the repipe for a few years, but would definitely trust and choose them to do it in the future as I know I would be getting way better service and quality of work than the I would with other companies.

Never disappoints! I have used this company for 8 years now. I used to manage properties for clients and they are my go to plumbing company. They are professional, informative, efficient, reasonable with pricing and timely. Water flooding from the cement water meter on the street called for help and within 5 minutes after I had informed them of my issue they had an appointment and crew ready for me. The crew came on time, professional and patient because we had to deal with HOA too. During the whole process of the repaired, walked us through what was going and how the leak happened and what the next steps were. All four men that came for the entire process of the leak repair were extremely nice, polite and never made you feel rushed or a bother when you had questions on certain parts. Best plumbing company out there.

These guys are incredible. KCB Plumbing has done some odd jobs at my house - things like cleaning the water heater and fixing a leaky sink. I was blown away by their professionalism and quality of work. They are reliable, efficient and clean. You'd never know they were in your home...except that your problem is solved!

Kcb Plumbing gave us outstanding service. We were purchasing a home and Keevin and team came out to do a thorough inspection on the home, even running a camera through our main line to the sewer where they found 20% blockage in our pipes. They gave us a very fair quote to fix the blockage and a handful of other items that needed to be fixed--corroded pipes, leak under kitchen sink, etc. We then also asked for a quote to remove the old dated tank water heater, and get a new tankless heater which we wanted to move outside. Again, we shopped around and found that Keevin's pricing was fair.
After we purchased the house, Kcb came out and did all the work they had quoted in the inspection. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with amazing quality. His team arrived on-time everyday and the work was completed within a week, even digging up the front yard to get to the main line. The yard even looks great--you could never tell we had the work done!
I will definitely call Kcb for any of our future plumbing needs. They are fair and do great work.
