This is a good, honest, company. I was quoted by the installers of my mini split system to repair a leak and I was surprised at the cost on a system barely 2 years old. I talked to KC to get a second opinion/estimate. Well, Virginia set me straight. She had me call the other company back and tell them they needed to cover it under warranty. What kind of company does that? Me, knowing very little about mini split systems, could have easily had KC quote me and do the repair. But, they didn't want that and I really appreciate that. They saved me over $2k.

And, KC has done work for me in the past, not the most glamourous thing and I didn't think to write a review about it but, I had an attic fan put in a few years back. The installation went smoothly and it's still going strong. Solar powered. My tenant is happy that it has cooled the granny unit down.

It's my first time using KC Home company and I'm so happy with the exceptional service provided that I joined the annual membership for maintenance and will be exclusively using this company for all my future HVAC needs. Why?
Besides being a local, family owned business (shop local y'all) it provides the best customer service in an industry that mostly lacks it. Everyone I encountered from the front desk receptionist Virginia to the service technician Luis took pride in their work and they were super friendly and accommodating when managing my AC and furnace needs.

Virginia quickly responded to my inquiries and happily accommodated last min changes to my schedule.
Luis the service technician came out and serviced my AC and furnace. He was so pleasant, friendly and professional in demeanor that I found it easy to talk to him about the specs of the job. Luis patiently explained the whole technical process of servicing the AC and furnace unit which I really appreciated (I like to be informed on what exactly was done and why, from diagnosis to repair). The pics of the individual components and parts in the units really helped me understand what was fixed and tuned up. I will be requesting him specifically for future appointments. Also the cost of service was reasonable and the exceptional customer service just makes it worthwhile.
Thank you KC Home for having such an amazing team of friendly, reliable and highly skilled people who put customers service first. It's a rare quality to have in this industry.

Mike, CJ and the crew did a terrific job of designing and installing our new drainage system. The before and after videos were like night and day. And they did it economically enough that we were able to include a new water heater in the project. We'd recommend them to anyone.

Every person I was in contact with was very professional and friendly. Luis came out to service my 2 ACs and 2 furnaces. He exceeded my expectations and the type of service and cleaning he did was something I had not experienced before from other HVAC service companies. Quite possibly the best service I've received. It was 90+ degrees out and we thought our AC was broken. The technician Michael G was fantastic and he educated us on some maintenance tips. But it starts with a caring first call connection with Sydney (cannot thank u enough), and also Virginia for making it all work. Felt like I had a team on my side. Turns out the unit is ok and everything is now working. It's my daughter's bday party tonight and we have a comfortable home again. This was my first time working with KC Home Services and I will 100% use them again! Easy 5 Stars.

I run a dry cleaning plant in Santa Rosa and needed a new commercial water heater. KC home services provided excellent pricing, payment plan and service. All the techs are kind and knowledgeable. They definitely go above and beyond the calm of duty. And there's one person in particular that does a great job... Virginia. Virginia is caring and kind and diligent. Nothing more important than feeling like I can trust you. Highly recommend this place if you want the job done right and they have accountability too. Tough to find this day and age.
