We got an estimate from Brooks from KC Home services and then the final estimate from Virginia, This was on a Thursday, KC was able to come out the next week to relace our faulty furnace. When Marvin arrived, he and Chris said they would try to have heat for us that day. And they did! No more cold days and nights. The next day Marvin and Chris replaced our very old, barely working, a/c unit. They finished it that day! We are very satisfied with the fast and neat work they did. I will now use KC Home services for all our plumbing and heating needs!!

The more I read this when it pops up the more I tell ppl not to go here I had a review that included documenting EACH of the 8-10 times these folks came out before my very small, basic brand heater was replaced. They were truly just buffoons who managed to not be prepared at all. Every.Single. Time.
They never returned to do testing on the furnace either Just saying that in the editing of whatever Yelp did there is a lot more missing on my exp. i had photos too

Great first experience w/ KC Home Services. Had them out to rebalance a problematic HVAC install (set up by a different company). They were highly communicative, and was impressed with how quickly they took care of everything - especially over the holidays. The service team was also thorough and felt more focused on getting it right than getting out fast. Service came w/ an optional 10 year service plan that was a very reasonable price. Looking forward more great experiences w/ them in the future

Power went off on Sunday morning. Contacted KC Home Services at 9:00 am, received a call back from Virginia who said she would see who was available and send someone out. I declined the Sunday call due to higher charges but said Monday would be fine. Received a call that Brooks was on route. He had us up and heat on in no time. Brooks explained that our furnace was about 30 years old and we were due for replacement. he explained the newer systems . Very thorough, explained the process, gave us a quote on the spot and made arrangements for the install. Marvin arrived on time, explained the process and with the assistance of Morgan, installed the system quickly and efficiently. The process with Virginia, Brooks, Marvin, and Morgan was outstanding. Would definitely recommend their services!

We just signed up with KC Home Services and couldn't be happier. Last month, a technician, a military vet whose name I don't recall, inspected the heater and air conditioning. Today, Jonathan Avalos and Mike Miller came to drain and inspect the water heater, sinks and toilets. All were consistently friendly and totally professional. While there were no major problems, they pointed out current or potential minor issues with the various systems to be aware of. At no time did I feel pressured to buy more services; it was a completely pleasant customer experience.

I recommend KC Home Services to anyone looking for quality care of their HVAC and water systems

I've had two FANTASTIC experiences with this company now. The first was with my A/C unit. After getting bids from two others HVAC companies, they told me I needed to get a new unit, I and had KC Home Services to give a final bid and they found out it was just a blown fuse. The two other companies never even looked at this as a possible issue. KC Home Services is a very honest company and that is how you get lifelong customers!

My next experience was a leaking drain pipe, they opened up the wall, fixed the issue extremely fast and now I'm able to do laundry, use the spare bathroom etc... again.

I can't recommend them enough!

As long as I live in the area, I will only be using them.

Over the weekend, the toilet in the master bedroom clogged and it was close to overflowing. I sent a message through Yelp to ask if any plumbers worked on the weekend. The only company that responded was KC Home Services. Virginia was searching high and low for someone to help on Sunday, but it was not meant to be. She scheduled a team to come Monday morning, and I could tell these men were going to fix the problem. Don and his assistant Will examined the situation, and offered 5 different options and explained each option carefully, including pricing. I chose the less expensive as this is not a frequent problem. Our problem was 'gone' (the clog) in minutes, and they even cleaned the area after they were finished. So relieved to have been so well taken care of throughout the whole situation. Professional, attentive, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely do business with this company again. I have never written a Yelp review before but today I had to! It's Saturday morning with outside temperature in the 30s and the furnace would not turn on. I spoke with Virginia at KC Home Services who asked a few questions and walked me through some simple things to try. Before long she had the furnace working again and had scheduled maintenance for Monday! What a life saver she has been! Virginia will be my future first call with any furnace or plumbing problems!
