Don from KC was absolutely amazing. I was under pressure to have an emergency repair done before a bunch of people descended for the weekend. Don fit us in and got the job done expediently and well done. He cleaned everything up, made sure it all worked and got me out of the house to go pick people up at the airport on a Friday evening. I would absolutely use KC again. Their dispatcher kept me updated on our status too. Great company!

I made an appointment with KC Home Services because of the good reviews on this site. I'm usually cautious about companies that have mostly 5-star reviews, but KC's reviews are spread over time and clearly not written by one or two relatives.
So Michael and Brandon came this morning to do our annual furnace check. They stayed over an hour and did a lot more than just a quick check and change the filter. I would give them 50 stars if I could.
Because I'm a new customer, they checked under the house to check the pipes that lead to the vents (got their protective suits muddy and wet) and in the attic to check the insulation--all for an amazingly low, introductory price.
At the end of their visit, they showed us about 30 pictures, taken under the house and in the attic. They also made it clear that nothing needed to be done, but we could consider four options--from very extensive and expensive to cheaper things that would improve the functioning of our furnace. They sent us those by email with an invoice of work they did today.
These guys were honest, friendly, and super qualified! No sales pitch; no claim that we needed to have them come every two weeks; just a great experience all around.

We loved our experience with KC Home Service! We were in need of a plumber on a holiday, the absolute worst possible time. They not only came out and fixed the issue but they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was better than before. Specifically want to call out Virginia in the office, who helped coordinate the technician and make sure everything happened on time, and Bo, our service technician, who stayed late and made sure all the work got done properly. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We called KC Home Services to do the annual tune-up & inspection of our furnace. Virginia in Dispatch did a great job following up & keeping in contact with us regarding when the technician would arrive. Our technician, Jeff, arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He explained the process & his work. The price was exactly as quoted, & Jeff did a great job. I would definitely contact KC Home Services again for any help we needed with our HVAC system.
