KC Home Services came out to give us a quote on an outside irrigation project. In the end we used the plumbers we've used in the past due to familiarity with our property, but we were extremely impressed with KC Home Services so I wanted to leave this positive review.

Setting up the appointment was easy, they even sent us a photo of Brandon, the plumber who would be sent over, which I've never had happen before and was great! When he arrived we knew who he was. The woman who set up the appointment was very attentive and clearly experienced with the business - not just an answering service!

Brandon's evaluation was thorough and he was clearly an expert in his field. He gave us needed information and suggested next steps.

My tankless water heater, which had a flex hose, was leaking wildly and water was spraying everywhere. I panicked and called my usual plumber, who didn't pick up. Then I called KC Services, which I found here on Yelp. Virginia (totally cool person, speedy and knowledgable) picked up the phone and said she'd get someone to me immediately and then proceeded to ask if I knew how to turn off the main water valve. She told me where it was, and while I was on the phone, I heard her locate the tech. They were there within an hour. Turns out I needed a new water heater. It was installed today by Nick and his helper Jonathan. Both amazing. I learned I'm supposed to service the tankless heater every year. Oops. Who knew? Not me! And an additional shout-out to Nayeli and Lia. Thank you for saving me from wasting even more water during this drought.

I had an issue with power to a smart thermostat my husband installed. I called K C Home Services after being put on a long hold with another local company with no answer. A friendly female answered right away and set me up with a next-day service. Brooks came to my home within thr allotted time slot (they text when they are on the way...very good communication!) and he was able to fix the problem quickly and was very nice to work with. I will definitely call them again if I have any heating issues!

We are so thankful for K C Home Services' help. Our hydronic heating system gave out and the house got down to the 50s. Virginia worked around the clock and helped us find available crew members. Brooks was quick on identifying the problem and Morgan and Kevin Sr. came out and did a great install. I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely wonderful this business is. I first called upon KC Home Services when our home hit the 30 years old mark, the time when everything in the home breaks or needs replacing. I found KC Plumbing in the phone book and have never regretted calling them.
When you call, you are first greeted by this very cheerful and knowledgeable person, Virginia. I think of her as the KC ""mom."" She coordinates everything and is eager to help you get your problem solved as quickly as humanly possible. She is a great asset and has become my go to gal.

My husband and I have somehow become senior citizens???and cannot do the repairs we use to accomplish ourselves. We rely on KC Home Services to competently perform those tasks now. Over the years we have had the usual plumbing replaced and/or repaired; site grading and moisture barrier placed in our then flooded basement; water heater, furnace and air conditioning units upgraded and replaced, and a myriad of other jobs performed for us. If the problem is of an emergency nature, they are here the same day. If not, they schedule us as quickly as possible, never a long wait. They always charge a fair rate and give us the best prices on everything.

Finally, and probably most importantly, I must give praise to their employees who perform the complicated tasks of evaluating and actually doing the work. All their employees have been top notch,, but in particular a big thank you to Morgan and Don. They are so competent and knowledgeable, take the time to explain in detail what the problem is and how to have it corrected and go that extra mile. There have been many times when we thought a fix was going to be long, involved and costly yet Morgan and/or Don come up with solutions that work great yet way less expensive. This speaks to their integrity and honesty. They are so friendly and easy to work with and they LISTEN to what you have to say.

I could go on and on about how happy we are with KC Homes Services, but enough said. They are the best and we would never go to another vendor. Thanks to KC for taking care of us all these years!

Our furnace started blowing cold air on the coldest day of the year. Our first call went to a familiar company that we had used previously in San Rafael. We saw that that they were also now in the Santa Rosa area so we called them explaining our situation. The person who answered was happy to set up an appointment for us . . . for 3 weeks later. Our YELP search turned up KC Home Services, we liked what we saw about them in reviews. We spoke to Lea who was able to schedule Bryan to come out and take a look in 2 days. She later called back and was able to get him in earlier. Bryan gave us the bad news about our heat exchanger so we agreed to have our furnace replaced. Virginia kept us informed via email and text to let us know the status of the furnace. Even with the current supply chain issues we were impressed to be able to get the furnace within a relatively short period. As soon as they took physical receipt of the furnace Virginia scheduled the installation for the following day. Morgan and Darren showed up early the next day and did a beautiful and clean installation. These two guys are pros and their knowledge and professionalism really showed. In short, we were so impressed to be able to call a company and to be able to talk to real people instead of getting a recording telling us ""your call is important to us."" It's so nice to know that there are still a few companies who understand what customer service is. Well done KC Home Services. If there were 6 stars you'd get them. Thank you.

When it comes to having issues or needing repairs to a heating system nobody likes to go search and try to figure out who's good and who is fair. Leave it to Yelp to guide those in need (like ""I need it now"" need) and today was a 5 star experience with KC Home Services. I called early this morning and luckily there was a slot open & Brian arrived a bit ahead of schedule. He quickly figured out our heating layout, checked the system was running properly and made some damper adjustments to get the system running evenly. We are scheduled to cut in a few more ducts on a follow up appointment. Company is 100% electronic so received confirmation emails and texts throughout the scheduling and expected arrival process. KC Home Services is no my go to for anything we will be needing for our heater.
