Kevin and Spencer were on time and so professional. I received a call within their arrival window to let me know they would be there soon. We had a bathroom remodel and Kevin did all of our plumbing. He is very neat and precise and explained everything as he worked. Plumbing is tricky when trying to update fixtures to an old system, which resulted in us replacing old valves and putting in all new fixtures after we had already installed our tile. He navigated the transition beautifully and offers lifetime warranty on his work and always emphasizes he is available 24/7 should we ever need him. He really cares about our satisfaction.
