He answered all the questions I had and didn't rush me through any of it. He took his time installing our purifying system for our business. We called to help my mom with her dying furnace. K C staff came in a few days, appropriately diagnosed the problem (it was a 27 year old unit), and in two days, installed the new one. They spent a day carefully and neatly removing the old unit, putting in some new lines for drainage (new units produce condensation) and installing mom's new, efficient furnace! Highly recommend KC Home Services....

Back in December my on-demand water heater started leaking around 10pm one night. I was a bit panicked s as you never know how bad it can get or how quickly.

I reached out to two plumbers we had hired in the past but couldn't reach them so late at night. I found K C and sent a message through Yelp. Virginia replied within 15 minutes. She was able to help me fox the problem by sending photos back and forth between myself and their master plumber who was on assignment 45 minutes away.

They coached me through turning the water off as a stop gap until someone could come the following morning.

When their master plumber came the next day he was able to assess the problem and spot things other plumber has missed. Not only that, but he was able to research my unit by serial number and find where it came from. Turns out my on-demand water heater came from a commercial building in Marin.

He took the extra time to register the heater to my address and gave me a good price quote to repair the unit. The level of service I received before even getting to the quote was unbelievable.

This is a very well-run business doing it better than anyone I've worked with in Northern California or any other place I've lived.

Called for an appointment to get our tankless water heater serviced. Got a spot only 48 hours from my call (great timing).. Finn and Daniel arrived on time, explained the service, gave me an accurate timeframe and performed the service quickly. Would call KC home services again for most plumbing or house needs.

We LOVE KC Home Services! We've had a couple of plumbing issues over the past 3-4 years (some simple and small, some requiring extensive work). Their work has always been excellent. Because our plumbing issues are usually emergencies, they've also been amazing at getting someone out to help us very quickly.

We've dealt with several of their staff, from fabulous Virginia in the office, to the owner Kevin, to various professionals ... every single person has been super friendly, courteous, and helpful. We moved to a new home this week and had a problem with the washer/dryer and sink ... Finn and Mike to the rescue. They were extremely professional and positive and fixed our problem perfectly. They also observed all COVID protocols, which we appreciated.

Wish Yelp allowed 10 stars instead of just 5. These guys are GREAT.

Shout out to KC Home Services! My boyfriend and I recently bought a home in Cotati. We haven't even been in our home a month when we realized our heater wasn't working properly. Brooks came out and did a very professional and affordable evaluation of my jobs. He made sure I got the perfect sized 95% efficient gas furnace and 2.5 ton AC system for my square footage, we couldn't be happier. Marvin and his assistant did a great job on my HVAC install. Finn and Mike did amazing work, installing a standpipe for my washing machine, replacing an old toilet, and switching out a bathroom sink faucet and drain trim kit. The bathroom fixtures that were replaced were old and rusty, and Finn did an amazing job restoring the basin so that I can enjoy the bathroom a few more years before remodeling. I highly recommend using K C Home Services, I'm glad I found them.
