1. Paint the entire inside of the condo.

2. Replace some light fixtures in the kitchen with surface mount lighting.

3. Repair some drywall and repaint the ceiling in the downstairs neighbor's unit after a water leak.

4. Hook up all of the kitchen appliances after new cabinets were installed.

Kevin did a great job on this job just like the last one. He will be our go to handyman for all future work.

I also had him take out the old carpet in the living room and stairs and replace it with vinyl. The house looked totally different when he was finished! We moved into a new home in San Jacinto and needed to add barn doors to create a private space for my dad. But the door space was built too high (90"") and barn doors are 84"". So Kevin came in and lowered the door header, finished it and then put in the double barn doors. His work was excellent. You can't tell it's been remodeled. And he also charged a fair price (I got 4 quotes). His quote came in the middle and his work was very thorough and clean. I will use him again for any future work, which I'm sure will be many with a new house.
