I hired Kevin to install two overhead storage racks in my garage. He responded quickly to my request and was able schedule my installation quickly. When his schedule opened up he offered to schedule the install sooner. When Kevin arrived he quickly determined that my storage racks were missing parts and helped me figure out a solution. Kevin installed a patio door and a side door in the garage for us. The doors we had before were old, dirty, and one of the glass layers was completely broken off. The trim was falling apart at the bottom and air was getting through. Kevin is professional, responsive, and pricing was reasonable. We're so happy with the way they turned out! Kevin replaced our water-damaged door and did an awesome job! He took his time and paid attention to the large and small details. He also educated me about these doors. I had no idea that the white ""paint"" that comes on the door is just primer. Kevin offered to paint it and helped me decide on a trim color. His pricing is also reasonable. He was straightforward and honest. There was no haggling needed. He even sent me a photo of the receipt when he bought supplies for the installation and paint. His schedule changed and he called and offered to change the door out earlier than scheduled. Kevin's professionalism was much appreciated.

My wife and I ordered a custom front door and hired Kevin from KC Home Repairs. The quality of work was one word ""Perfection"".

For starter's the communication was clear and precise. He answered all my questions and explained in detail the job duties required. Upon arrival he was timely and well organized.
During the construction he covered and protected our flooring. He removed the old door effortlessly and installed the new door without a hitch. He installed molding and custom painted all the trim work to match the interior and the exterior paints. All door locks and latches were installed and operational. The door seal was good and tight. The door was square, level and has good swing.
His pricing was very reasonable.

I've seen his kitchen remodels in the past and he prides himself in perfection. But this was my first time hiring him. I highly recommend him for any household work and I will definitely be using him again.
