Can't thank Chad enough for his services! Had a problem with our shower and called numerous plumbers who were either fully booked or had long wait times. Just so happened to be on yelp and decided to send a message to Kawamotos Plumbing and Repair. Received a speedy reply and was able to be fit in immediately! He came in to assess the problem, left to purchase the parts needed, and came back to fix the shower! His quick responses, efficiency, professionalism, and friendly demeanor make him our new go-to plumber! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The first time I called Chad I had water flowing from an underground pipe in my yard. He assessed the situation, ran out to get the parts and worked into the night by flashlight to finish the job. I called on him again yesterday, and he squeezed me in for today. I wasn't home when he and his crew came over, but I had explained to him over the phone what needed to be checked. I got home from work and everything was fixed and flowing! He does an awesome job! THANKS CHAD!

We had Chad come out and give us an estimate on replacing our hot water heater. Price seemed fair so we called to schedule an appointment for the install, that is when things fell apart. I had explained that we wanted to get the water heater replaced immediately and he assured me that he would fit us into his schedule within a few days. He said he would come out either Saturday, or the following Tuesday. Never heard back from him again. We wasted valuable time that could have resulted in disaster (the bottom of the tank was rusted out) , fortunately Alternate Energy saved the day!

Chad, responded to my online Yelp request for a quote within an hour and was at my apartment one hour after that. This was on a Saturday afternoon too! Chad has excellent customer service, is knowledgeable, and quick and efficient in his work. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him for all my future plumbing needs!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I had an emergency situation where my washer drain was blocked and flooded my floor. I sent a message on yelp for a quote after business hours and I literally got a reply within 5-10 min. Not only that they sent someone out first thing in the morning.
