My toilet's wax ring was leaking, so I had to find some help. Mr. Kawamoto offered me a good deal and I asked him to come by. He was friendly and he repaired it really fast. I'm glad I called him and I think he is one of the best.

Kawamoto Plumbing / Chad did an awesome job for me. First class and professional!! Small jobs to big jobs, Chad is the right person to call! He did a major job for me, major undertaking, I had leaking sewage pipes, he went in went through CMU walls, dig tunnels, and removed / replaced the broken pipes. Not an easy job but Chad took the task with his hand picked team and completed the job! If you have regular plumbing issues, call Chad, good local guy with honest prices! Highly recommend, will use again!!

Glad I called Kawamotos Plumbing for my clogged house drain. Left a message and they got back to me within the hour. Gave me a reasonable quote and estimate and offered to respond the next day at an approximate time. Received an update on repair day of plumber's timeliness, another update when plumber was on the way and a confirmation call from the plumber himself, who later arrived within the designated time period. The plumber introduced himself as Chad and he was very professional, friendly and I would later learn very knowledgeable and efficient. To my amazement it did not take him long to locate and unclog the main house drain. If I didn't know any better I would think Chad is a magician as well as a plumber. To me the cost of repair was reasonable as originally quoted and payment can be made via credit card or check. I am happy with the service and repair by Kawamotos Plumbing and highly recommend them without hesitation!

We had Chad come out and give us an estimate on replacing our hot water heater. Price seemed fair so we called to schedule an appointment for the install, that is when things fell apart. I had explained that we wanted to get the water heater replaced immediately and he assured me that he would fit us into his schedule within a few days. He said he would come out either Saturday, or the following Tuesday. Never heard back from him again. We wasted valuable time that could have resulted in disaster (the bottom of the tank was rusted out) , fortunately Alternate Energy saved the day!

We needed a bathroom and kitchen demolished and removed from our home. We sent a request out on Yelp, and got a reply from Chad on that same day. Chad came out the next day which was a Sunday, and gave us a free in person estimate for the job which was very reasonable. Just those two reasons alone, made us feel we were lucky to find Kawamotos Plumbing but it was only the beginning. He scheduled us in a very timely manner, and even moved us up to get the job done sooner. He not only did the job in a very professional manner, but went the extra mile doing things that wasn't even in the estimate. He made sure to clean up the job site, and did everything we discussed in our initial consultation. We highly recommend Kawamotos Plumbing.

Update 7/6/18: Knocked off a bunch of stars - these guys are only good if they get you on their schedule. I called Chad on Thursday for repair work and he said he'd call to schedule me for Saturday but nada. My wife called him couple weeks earlier and he didn't follow up with her either. Geez, if you're too busy, just be honest and say so instead of leaving me hanging. Now i've lost couple of days with leaking fixture which somebody more responsive could have fixed! Old review: The reviews are true, these guys are awesome! It took a while to schedule an appt with these guys (prob cause they're so busy!), but they arrived on time, assessed my leaking shower valve problem, and got on it. I was fully expecting that I would need to tear down my wall and replace the shower valve made by a now defunct company (so no service parts available), but Chad and his assistant were able to fix the leaking valve by replacing a simple O-ring. They even explained the problem while I observed their work, and they were careful to wipe up after themselves. Showerhead doesn't drip, valve not leaking behind my wall anymore, and done at a fair price. Professional and courteous service are harder to find these days but Kawamoto's Plumbing got it down. You hope you never have to call a plumber, but when the need arises, I know who I'm calling!

We were referred by Jenn Harris and were not disappointed. We lived upstairs of a townhouse unit, and water leaked into bathroom of the unit below us. Apparently they had a hole in their bathroom ceiling, from water that leaked from our overflow/tub drain. Chad efficiently fixed their drywall and work that needed to be done in our unit as well. We have used Chad on several occasions and highly recommend him.
