After Kawamoto's did a great, efficient job of replacing my garbage disposal last year, I called them again to replace my 20-yo toilet and stop the incessant drip from my shower spout. Chad Kawamoto responded quickly with a quote, scheduled a date and time, and even picked up my new toilet after I paid for it at Home Depot and gave him the order number. Talk about great service! I have already referred this small business to others and will definitely call on Kawamoto's again.

Chad was awesome! We had a leak coming from under the toilet and knew the wax seal was bad and needed it to be redone, so i requested a quote. He responded in less than 5 minutes and quoted a very reasonable price (lowest compared to other quotes). After he came and fixed our toilet, we were absolutely pleased with his work, quick service and price! We also appreciate his honest assessment and how easy it was to schedule an appointment. We had a bad experience with a different plumber and felt we were overcharged for something fairly minor. We will definitely call on Kawamoto's Plumbing and Repair for any future problems or projects. Mahalo again Chad!

I usually don't post reviews but had to for this company. My son flushed a toy down the toilet which got stuck and clogged the toilet. After calling numerous plumbing companies, this company had good ratings with a VERY reasonable price. They were able to schedule me after hours too. Chad was VERY efficient. They definitely have my business in the future.

I needed a new faucet installed in the kitchen to replace a leaky one. After purchasing a faucet from Costco I emailed 5 different plumbers on Yelp. I only got 3 responses. The first one called and scheduled an ""estimate"" visit and was going to charge $45.00 before giving an actual cost. If agreed the $45.00 would be applied to the bill. Another emailed back and asked what brand of faucet. After emailing them I never got a response. Chad Kawamoto emailed back with a firm quote which I found reasonable and offered to do it on the day the estimate was to take place. I cancelled the estimate and requested Kawamoto's Plumbing and Repair do the job. He showed up at the appointed time and installed the faucet at the quoted price. I'm very pleased with his positive response and very quick and professional installation. I'll no longer mess around with other plumbers who won't respond or will only come and give an estimate at a fee. No surprises from Mr. Kawamoto. You know what you'll get with no surprises. Now I know I have a plumber I can trust. Thank you Mr. Kawamoto, very pleased with your installation and fees. A+ work and reasonable fees.

Left a message and a call back number for the business at 9:31 a.m. for a slow draining toilet. Three days later and not even a return phone call. I am puzzled how this business could be rated so highly in yelp. If a company lacks the courtesy to return a phone call, I cannot imagine what their quality of service would be like...terrible probably.
