Kaufman Well Drilling Water Treatment and Plumbing Services was established in 1976 in Waterloo, IN by Don and Judy. Incorporated in 1989, our locally-owned business kicked off with a lone drilling machine and a goal of fulfilling the American dream of owning a thriving business. Don and Judy along with Mike operated the business until Don retired.

In 1997, Mike and Shelly Kaufman acquired the business and have sustained the well drilling business using the same reliable financial principles that his dad utilized to start the operation back in 1976.
