Kaufman Well Drilling Water Treatment and Plumbing Services started in 1976 in Waterloo, IN by Don and Judy Kaufman. Formed in 1989, our community-focused business kicked off with a lone drilling machine and a vision of achieving the American dream of owning a thriving business. Don, Judy, and Mike operated the operation until Don stepped down.

In 1997, Mike and Shelly Kaufman acquired the company and have maintained the well drilling business using the same reliable financial strategies that Don utilized to launch the company back in 1976.
