Kaufman Well Drilling Water Treatment and Plumbing Services started in 1976 in Waterloo, IN by Don and Judy Kaufman. Incorporated in 1989, our family-owned business started with a single rig and a dream of achieving the American dream of successful entrepreneurship. The Kaufman trio managed the business until Don retired.

In 1997, Mike and Shelly Kaufman purchased the operation and have kept the well drilling business using the same solid financial strategies that his dad utilized to start the business back in 1976.
