Kaufman Well Drilling Water Treatment and Plumbing Services began in 1976 in Waterloo, IN by Don and Judy. Registered in 1989, our community-focused business launched with a lone drilling machine and a vision of achieving the American dream of successful entrepreneurship. Don, Judy, and Mike ran the operation until Don's retirement.

In 1997, Mike and Shelly Kaufman took over the operation and have sustained the well drilling enterprise using the same sound financial principles that Don utilized to found the operation back in 1976.
