We had to call kangarooter out after another company did a disastrous job. They came out the same day I called, because the other company had terrible costumer service and caused many problems. Not only did they find out our entire pipe needed to be repaired but they also discovered the other company hadn't even touched our entire second tank. I will never again make the mistake of using anyone else.

I recommended Kangarooter for a septic certification and they worked diligently on getting the necessary city permits, once they had them they went straight to work and worked hard in 105 degree weather! My clients are very happy and satisfied with their work.

We had Kangarooter pump our tank in Jan 2017. I've waited forever to review the company, hoping someone would call me back and I've never heard from anyone. The two guys had a hard time finding 1 lid to our tank and because of that, they didn't want to dig up the 2nd lid. Now we paid $400 to have our tank partially pumped. They also left big piles of dirt on my lawn. I called and spoke to the lady who answers the phones. She didn't know what was going on and said she'd find out and call me right back. I've waited for a call for 6 months now. They also knocked a piece of the concrete lid off and put the lid in sideways. They looked at me and said it's fine and it's sealed. I don't recommend them. Will be looking for someone else next time. Only reason I give 2 stars is because they did manage to squeeze us in right away.

We had our septic pumped because we're selling our house. This company showed up early, did the job and left within an hour. They were reasonable, friendly and fast. It's not a pleasant thing to have to have done but if we ever have to have it done again, we will hire this company.

You can TRUST Kangarooter and they are THOUSAND of dollars cheaper! We received a quote from another plumbing company and they wanted $7,500!!! Called Kangarooter and they only charged us $900!!

Also, I've used this company for septic services on my rental home and did a great job and also less expensive than anyone else.

I highly recommend Kangarooter! They are honest, do great work, and schedule to get the job done quickly.

I made an appointment for Kangarooter to service my septic tank and provided my telephone number, for any issues. They came to the house and torn up my yard, failed to pump my septic tank do to tree roots that were the width of a pasta noodle and never called. I called back that evening and spoke with the owners wife, who said her husband would came me in the morning. He never called and the lady that answers the phone called and said they would have to use a tractor. Poor customer service. Do not waste your time with this company!
