Our toilet was backed up. We used a plunger and snake with no results. The guys from Kalka came out and quickly found the problem. The repairs went from fairly expensive estimate to quite reasonable. I suggest getting the maintenance service membership for plumbing and air conditioning inspections.

Wow Kevin and his crew are amazing, they did a rescue on our air conditioner which hasn't worked in months, and not only that they even took extra special care to jump start our water heater cause it was out to from a previous house flood we are incredibly grateful first and foremost for their kindness, for taking extra special care and for their hard work. As a single mom with two kids it's not often you find 5 star service like this under these kinds of global circumstances with a pandemic and all other things but am so glad we met these guys we will be using them always and we highly highly recommend them you will be so glad you did!

We had a radiator flush done a few weeks ago a d also a new section of pipe replaced in our yard as well. One of the workers on the crew unplugged our outside refrigerator to use the outlet for their power tool and forgot to reply it back in. Now during the covid-19 crisis I went out there to get some frozen veggies. Everything was warm and I discovered that the fridge had been defrosted and all the food was spoiled.
I immediately called the office and Tina, the owner came out with groceries replacement and everything was handled in a smooth and efficient manner. They also sent Nick out to help clean up the mess the next day and that was much appreciated also. The plumber Sara is terrific and very efficient too. We have used this company for more than 10 years. Thank you.

We have a balky steam generator unit for a steam bath set is over 20 years old from a manufacturer that is out of business. Kevin did not back away from crawling up through my cramped attic to the unit and replacing a cracked fitting. I appreciate his willingness to work on the old unit and get it running again. It did not turn out to be an expensive repair and I am so happy To be steaming again!
