I had to write this review because I almost canceled based on the other poor reviews. I was scared that he was not going to know what he was doing or not even be reliable. I am so glad that I did not cancel I have had to call out several plumbers this year and none of them were comparable to the one today, Ed. He got back to me right away. He came when he said he was going to come... excellent communication and more than that, his knowledge about the problem was unbelievable. I am so glad I did not listen to the negative reviews because he deserves only positive reviews based on his expertise and my experience with him today. By far the best plumber I have had!

This guy is an idiot. Don't waste your time with him. You will be very disappointed. I called him to install a dishwasher for a rental that we have and he was unable to. I wish I would have read his reviews before having him come over. Sounds like many others are disappointed, as well!

He is a creep and it took forever to fix and we'll see if my hot water heater works. American Home Shield should not use him. He was creeping on my 34 year old friend and managed to make an independent 64 woman uncomfortable. I'll probably get a new Home Warranty.

We own a rental and this plumber was sent by our home warranty company. His poor service actually led to us changing home warranties and he is blacklisted by our property manager. We had a water leak, he claimed to fix the problem, we replaced all the ceiling drywall and repainted. A week later, the problem was back and the freshly replaced ceiling was destroyed again. We had to bring in a second plumber at our own expense to actually fix the problem. Not only did he not fix the problem, but he talked to the tenant and convinced him that the unit has mold. (It doesn't, and even if it did, shouldn't that information go to the owner instead?)

Those of you who did not receive service, believe me, you are lucky. This man has cost me $1000s.

This company needs to be taken off the list for home warranty repairs. It sucks, and im being nice. I had to call them, they NEVER reached out to me to complete my work order. I called and made the claim in october and it just got fixed 14 days later and i have the most expensive plan american home shield offers. I dont know whose more pathetic, kaiser plumbing or american home shield. Dont use either company, as a 1 rating is too generous for either of them.

We had a clogged drain that would back up and overflow when the washing machine drained. Ed came by the same day we called and used 75 feet of snake to clear the drain. He was extremely professional and cleaned up everything and made sure the problem was solved. He was also very reasonable in terms of cost. We live in Rancho Haven and usually have a high service bill due to travel time, but Kaiser Plumbing didn't charge extra for that. We not only will use him for our plumbing needs in the future--we also recommend him highly. Gary

If you have a home warranty and they assign you Kaiser plumbing, good luck. We called,left messages for over a month. He finally came out and said we need a new water heater. We have yet to hear from him and we still don't have a water heater. No sense of urgency with this company, communication is horrendous.

Used my home warranty company and they said Kaiser would contact me and not only did they never contact me but they never even responded to me leaving them multiple voice messages. If they don't want to work with home warranty provided clients then they should sever that relationship. I switched to BSR Plumbing and they were very professional, responsive, and showed gratitude to work with me. Don't even think about using a company that doesn't have the decency to at the very least call you back.

This business was selected by the home warranty company that covers my house. They were supposed to contact me to find out the issue and they did not, I had to contact them. The individual, I think his name is ""Ed"", said he tried to call me and there was no answer although I had my phone with me all the time. When I asked to talk to him he would only communicate via text, when I asked to speak to him he replied, ""text only"". I sent a picture of the water heater as he requested and he said he would call me the next day and he did not. I tried to contact him several times when it appeared that he was not going to contact me, and still he/they did not contact me. I have seen other negative reviews and here is another one. Believe us and find someone else. Maybe they do good work, I never had the opportunity to see, however if their work is anything like their customer service, steer clear, in my opinion.

Horrible customer service!!! Waited 2 weeks for a plumber to show up and fix my leaking faucet, only to call and find that they ""transferred"" the service call to another company. Thank you for letting me wait 2 weeks instead of communicating to the customer.
