Filed a claim through Old Republic for a plugged bathtub drain. I got a call within a couple of hours and Ed came by later in the afternoon. He was super friendly, explained everything he was doing, and had me fixed and back in business within 45 minutes.

Our experience with Kaiser was definitely 5 star. The owner was easy to contact and very prompt in attending to our problems, leaking valves and connections to our washing machine. Turning off the water so the repairs could be made was complicated because the shutoff box was concealed by snow but he located the box and then quickly made the repairs and reinstalled the appliances. Very friendly interactions. Based on our experience, would definitely recommend Kaiser Plumbing.

I should have read the reviews before getting American Home Shield. I put in a service request and they said they were sending Kaiser Plumbing to do the job on my water heater here in Reno. This was Oct 21, 2021. American Home Shield called this guy to set up and appointment. I never heard anything. I called this company and STILL NO RESPONSE and it's now Nov 5. Zero. Nothing. Nada.

If the owner of Kaiser Plumbing is reading this. You are classless, rude and irresponsible.

I was surprised to see bad reviews. American Home Shield assigned Kaiser Plumbing to me on a Friday afternoon around 2PM. I had a pinhole leak on a water heater pipe that needed immediate attention. I live in Fernley and had resigned myself to being without hot water for the weekend or longer. The plumber was here an hour after I called, did a remarkable job and was headed back to Reno by 4PM. Great experience with Kaiser Plumbing.

Worst plumbing company ever! They are very unprofessional. They just wasted our time and been told several times that they are coming ""next week"" but didn't give the exact date. The guy keeps saying they are busy but I don't get the point. They should know their schedule and they they should inform us the exact date that they are going. We've been waiting for almost a month to fix our water heater. American Home Shield should blacklist this worst company!!!

I had to write this review because I almost canceled based on the other poor reviews. I was scared that he was not going to know what he was doing or not even be reliable. I am so glad that I did not cancel I have had to call out several plumbers this year and none of them were comparable to the one today, Ed. He got back to me right away. He came when he said he was going to come... excellent communication and more than that, his knowledge about the problem was unbelievable. I am so glad I did not listen to the negative reviews because he deserves only positive reviews based on his expertise and my experience with him today. By far the best plumber I have had!

This guy is an idiot. Don't waste your time with him. You will be very disappointed. I called him to install a dishwasher for a rental that we have and he was unable to. I wish I would have read his reviews before having him come over. Sounds like many others are disappointed, as well!

He is a creep and it took forever to fix and we'll see if my hot water heater works. American Home Shield should not use him. He was creeping on my 34 year old friend and managed to make an independent 64 woman uncomfortable. I'll probably get a new Home Warranty.

We own a rental and this plumber was sent by our home warranty company. His poor service actually led to us changing home warranties and he is blacklisted by our property manager. We had a water leak, he claimed to fix the problem, we replaced all the ceiling drywall and repainted. A week later, the problem was back and the freshly replaced ceiling was destroyed again. We had to bring in a second plumber at our own expense to actually fix the problem. Not only did he not fix the problem, but he talked to the tenant and convinced him that the unit has mold. (It doesn't, and even if it did, shouldn't that information go to the owner instead?)

Those of you who did not receive service, believe me, you are lucky. This man has cost me $1000s.

This company needs to be taken off the list for home warranty repairs. It sucks, and im being nice. I had to call them, they NEVER reached out to me to complete my work order. I called and made the claim in october and it just got fixed 14 days later and i have the most expensive plan american home shield offers. I dont know whose more pathetic, kaiser plumbing or american home shield. Dont use either company, as a 1 rating is too generous for either of them.
