Our gas pipe was accidentally cut outside and we were looking at days with no hot water, cooking or heat if needed . We called K&S and Dylan was here within hours. What a wonderful experience. Very professional and knowledgeable!! We are very satisfied and recommend this company for all your gas/plumbing needs.

Unprofessional services. I had scheduled this company through American Homeshield. Instead of ringing the door bell or calling, the gentleman stood outside for less than 30 seconds and left. I attempted to call him various times and he marked the job as completed. Now, I will have to wait another 5 days after the 3 days I've already waited for this company to come out. This is the most unprofessional company I've worked with in Birmingham thus far. Unfortunately, I will still have to use this unprofessional company because I literally have no choice through American Home Shield. Thanks a lot Seth for not attempting to ring the doorbell or call. Now, I have to wait on your sorry services again

Very unprofessional, the tech scratched the inside of my toilet trying to get it to flush with a tool he called a """"snake"""". When I reported it to the company, the text lied and said he did not scratch the inside of the toilet. (REALLY) After fighting with them and sending several emails they agreed to replace my toilet equivalent to what the text damaged. Well, they replaced it but it was not nearly equivalent to what I had. I tried to call and email but now no responses from their service manager Steve who did not want to replace my toilet in the first place. I asked to speak with the owner but no one will respond to me. This is very unfortunate, this has been a total inconvenience to me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was going to pay the difference to get something equivalent to what was damaged , even though I should not have to because this was all their fault but I was tried of going back and forth with them. This is a horrible company!

Where do I start .. I contacted American home shield and they contact this company.. Graylon came out spoke with my husband told us what was wrong.. He said he was coming back.. 3 different times.. What a joke. I understand things happen but to have this many mishaps you really should see a priest and ask him to bless you.. Then the last time he gave that he overslept.. (What is he in highschool.?) From 9 to 6 I called then he finally message me ans asked did i still want him to come... The nerve of him..

I had a leaking shower head. Micheal from K &S came out to repair. He told me my water pressure was elevated and I would have to have that taken care of first before he repair the leak which was $950 extra. I had two other plumbers come out for a estimate and both said the water pressure elevated was not true. I got my shower repaired for $175. L. Stone

Our home warranty company (AHS) sent K & S out to fix our water heater. The first plumber seemed ok and had a part ordered. The second plumber installed the part the following week and then returned after we complained it still wasn't fixed. All he did at his second visit was turned the temperature up! This changed nothing and it eventually stopped working at all and drained itself through the pipe going outside. It took several more days and many hours on hold with the warranty company and they sent the SAME plumber out again. He proceeded to flood our upstairs bathroom causing damage to the downstairs ceiling. The garden hose he was using came out of the bathtub and he did not check it! I only noticed when the water started leaking into the downstairs bathroom. Now I have been trying for a week to get a supervisor from K & S to call me back with no success. Extremely frustrated with plumbing company as well as American Home Shield Warranty Company. Addendum: Recieved a call from the office manager asking for photos and an estimate from a painter. Looks like they are trying to correct the situation after AHS contacted them about my complaint.

I wish i could give K&S Plumbing negative stars. The tech came out today for the 2nd time to fix our running toilet. He """"fixed it"""" but when we flushed toilet, the bowl wouldn't fill up. I ask him to check it again because i didn't want to have to do this for a 3rd time. He told me """"He didn't have time to look at a toilet all day"""". He is a plumber, that is literally your job. But i remained cool, i ask if he could give it a few more minutes just to confirm all was well (at this point he had been at my house no more than 10 mins tops). He said, fine i have to go to my truck really quick and i will be right back. After about 5 minutes, he had not returned and i went and checked outside to see what was up. He was gone! I never signed off saying the job was done. Real professional.... Then to top if off he called Home Shield and told them that he could come back another day and fix the issue but that it would be $660 and it wouldn't be covered under Home Shield. This is a garbage company. I would duct tape the issue and turn the water off before i reach out to these guys again. You have been warned.

K&S did warranty service on my main water supply line. After reporting my leak to the HomeServe it took 2 more days before K&S came out. They were there for approximately 10 min., and they told me they had to request line markers, then a leak tech would be sent out, then they would dig. This all took 2.5 weeks to get resolved (after i complained to HomeServe). Upon performing the repair they drove the excavator across my yard so grass repair is needed. no tarp was used they piled dirt on my grass which will need repairing as well. This was a terrible experience.

I had the pleasure of dealing with K&S Plumbing through my home warranty company. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Although the plumber was friendly and on time the service afterwards was nothing short of horrible. My request was placed by my home warranty company on 18 Dec and it is currently one month later the 27th of January and no completed service. This company is total garbage and you can't reach anyone by phone. As a suggestion to AHS REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR LIST OF SERVICE PROVIDERS!!!!!! and stop causing the customers extra time and money.
