They were sent out by American Home Shield fo a pipe that busted on Saturday so no water until Monday when they came. Came out said they couldn't fix it until Friday & would need to send smaller guys & cost $350 extra & take all day. Fiancé took off all day Friday. Sent the same guys. Took 15 minutes. RIDICULOUS! Con men is what they are!

Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with!! Do not under any circumstances waste your time or money

They don't seem to care about their customers! As with many of the previous review I was referred to K&S through our home warrantee company. The only difference in my experience is that someone actually went to their houses to """"fix"""" the issue. I had a leaky pipe in my garage that was dripping into my air handler. The earliest appointment was 7 days from when I called...I took a half day off work to meet them. About 2 hours into my wait a nice lady called to inform me that my tech had a personal emergency and they had to reschedule. The """"next available"""" appointment was 5 days later. Are you kidding me? I get that people have emergencies but the leak is so bad that I now have to turn my water off to the house. They should have rearranged their work force to complete the task they agreed to. She was """"very sorry"""" but that was all I got...no manager was """"available"""" to speak with me. I called American Home Shield and they we very good in finding another vendor to assist the next morning...problem finally resolved.

This company deserves the low rating. The technician was unable to clear our drain and stated he needed to get on the roof but needed to reschedule. I rescheduled what day with the technician for two weeks later (my schedule is very tight). On the day he was supposed to return, I called to confirm and the technician """"forgot to mention the reschedule"""" to the receptionists and they wanted to schedule for yet another day. If they were professional they would have found a way to send someone out on the day they were supposed to. Stay clear of this company. The fact that they receive their business through home warranty companies should be a warning to all. Check their facebook page.

2 yrs ago our water heater went out. Our home warranted service Saturday s we shout use K &S Plumbing. They sent serviceman Brian out and he told my wife we had a heating element burned up. He replaced it said he had checked out the water line flow and that all was well. That night we noticed our shower water was cold. Brian had forgot to turn on the breaker! I homed out the element and it was good. He had replaced the top element but It was the bottom element that was burned out! I called him to come back out and this time I made sure I was there with my wife. I asked him to check the bottom element. Because of all the lime in the tank, it took him 2 hours just to get the element out! LIME! He wouldn't allow to me look inside the water heater to see the lime buildup for myself and argued with me that everything was fixed. Upon my inspection, a lot of lime had came out of the water heater. Needless to say, the problem was not fixed. He had given me 2 different quotes the first time he came ($500) and then the 2nd service visit he quoted me $700 for an expansion tank add on he claimed I needed to bring it up to code. It cost me $69 for parts later when I replaced the water heater. What a ripoff! I had someone else replace the water heater a week later for the same price water heater, expansion joint and all. Beware of Brian!!

WORST customer service and completely incompetent technicians. If you are using American Homeshield, K&S Plumbing is only out to collect the service call fee. They do not fix anything. When they do """"attempt"""" to fix something, they cause more issues/damage and then deny any part of it. You can request that American Homeshield send a different vendor. I would highly recommend asking for another company to service your call. THEY ARE THE WORST.

Very unprofessional, the tech scratched the inside of my toilet trying to get it to flush with a tool he called a """"snake"""". When I reported it to the company, the text lied and said he did not scratch the inside of the toilet. (REALLY) After fighting with them and sending several emails they agreed to replace my toilet equivalent to what the text damaged. Well, they replaced it but it was not nearly equivalent to what I had. I tried to call and email but now no responses from their service manager Steve who did not want to replace my toilet in the first place. I asked to speak with the owner but no one will respond to me. This is very unfortunate, this has been a total inconvenience to me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was going to pay the difference to get something equivalent to what was damaged , even though I should not have to because this was all their fault but I was tried of going back and forth with them. This is a horrible company!

Our home warranty company (AHS) sent K & S out to fix our water heater. The first plumber seemed ok and had a part ordered. The second plumber installed the part the following week and then returned after we complained it still wasn't fixed. All he did at his second visit was turned the temperature up! This changed nothing and it eventually stopped working at all and drained itself through the pipe going outside. It took several more days and many hours on hold with the warranty company and they sent the SAME plumber out again. He proceeded to flood our upstairs bathroom causing damage to the downstairs ceiling. The garden hose he was using came out of the bathtub and he did not check it! I only noticed when the water started leaking into the downstairs bathroom. Now I have been trying for a week to get a supervisor from K & S to call me back with no success. Extremely frustrated with plumbing company as well as American Home Shield Warranty Company. Addendum: Recieved a call from the office manager asking for photos and an estimate from a painter. Looks like they are trying to correct the situation after AHS contacted them about my complaint.

had water heater installed in November. I have been trying to get a copy of an itemized receipt or a just a copy of the receipt to show repairs and installation of new water heater for my mom to no avail. when I called to ask about it, the lady that answered the phone stated it had been mailed but the more I talked to her and asked questions, I soon figured that the paperwork had not been mailed. my next question was can you email it to me and her reply was yes...question is did you ever receive it...NO!!! yes I called back and she had a that nice nasty attitude. this time she again said, I will mail it to you. The installer did a nice job but make sure you get everything you need before installer leaves or YOU WILL NEVER GET THE PAPERWORK!!!
