I'm a landlord and have unfortunately experienced many contractors who seem great at first then end up hiking their prices up, suggesting unnecessary work, or ghosting/denying when the same issue they initially resolved comes back. Since then I'm avoiding corporate companies (with the run-around & lack of accountability) and working with more family-owned companies like Jaime Plumbing.

Needed a kitchen faucet replaced, It had been attached about 20 yrs. Jaime response was quick and a reasonable quote to replace.
He arrived early. After inspection he recommend changing some cooper pipes that were attached since the construction 30 yrs.
He updated that along with changing a drain that was leaking all for a reasonable price. His patience and passion with his work was much appreciated. He took his time and even went to pick up the drain he didn't have. He did a great job and has a new customer. Thank you Jaime, great job!!!

Jaime is one of the only honest plumbers in town, he will give you an estimate and a fair price from the get go on yelp if you describe your problem and send pictures. Other companies will send an ""expert"" to asses the problem and probably overcharge you by a lot and come up with other ""problems"".
Jaime responded rapidly and came right away to help me snake and unclog my bathtub, while other companies ddnt have availability till the next day.

He has the right equipment for the job and will exceed your expectations. AAA+++ service & highly recommend you contact him for any of your plumbing needs.

Very good plumber. They installed the shut off valve behind our refrigerator. Took about 3 hours, they were in time and did a great job. We will be calling them again

Asked if they offer free estimates. I had detailed that the work was a leaking galvanized pipe under the crawl space that needed replacement.
Then he responded with ""it depends on the place"". It's either you offer free estimates or you don't. Plus their response time is terrible.

Reasonable pricing. He had the right tools to get the clog in our pipes out. The clog was almost out to the Main Street line! He finished within the hour. Good job.
