Jaime is one of the only honest plumbers in town, he will give you an estimate and a fair price from the get go on yelp if you describe your problem and send pictures. Other companies will send an ""expert"" to asses the problem and probably overcharge you by a lot and come up with other ""problems"".
Jaime responded rapidly and came right away to help me snake and unclog my bathtub, while other companies ddnt have availability till the next day.

Asked if they offer free estimates. I had detailed that the work was a leaking galvanized pipe under the crawl space that needed replacement.
Then he responded with ""it depends on the place"". It's either you offer free estimates or you don't. Plus their response time is terrible.

I waited for a short while and Jaime appeared. He is a very personable fellow, works hard and does his level best to please.

Unfortunately in this situation he was unable to repair the problem because the pipes are simply too old and clogged inside and his attempt to pierce the clog failed even though he tried several different sizes of tools.

His estimate was very reasonable and since he was unable to repair the problem he was willing to accept a fraction of the amount he had estimated.

This is a very honest man who I would recommend to anyone who has a plumbing problem.
