Called them based upon Yelp reviews. They showed up 2 hours late, brought their equipment through the house even though I asked them to use the side gate, left everything a mess and dirty that they touched or used, and created a leak in a copper line in the process of using a wrench on a nearby pipe. Additionally, tried to upsell me on work other professionals told me was highly unnecessary. Could it have been they were just having a bad day? Sure. But what you do with a bad day separates the riff raff from the pros.

Justin and Elizabeth are great at service work as well as new installs/remodels. They do all my Orange County plumbing. Been using them for a few years now and they always jump on the job either same day or very soon thereafter. Stand behind their work too - not everything can go perfectly, and I've never had to ask twice to fix something. They are good enough that I've referred them to other contractors/friends. Great service every time! I've used JustinTime Plumbing for 3 different plumbing needs ranging from a main pipe leak that needed to be completed replaced (which included digging a 6-foot hole in the ground to access the pipe) to a a 3 handle tub & shower valve to 1 handle conversion. Each time, they were on time, courteous, clean and did a great job. We received quotes from other companies, and JustinTime always provides the best quote with the best quality. They are on our list of service companies to call anytime we need help. Highly recommend!

My husband found JustinTime Plumbing here on Yelp. I called about getting a new toilet set and snaking the line because I thought there might be a clog. They were able to send someone out on very short notice. I made arrangements for the next morning. Adam and Shayn arrived on the early side of their estimate and were quick and efficient! They even saved me money by testing the line to see if there was an issue, rather than just snaking it. Turned out, it was just the original toilet that was bad! Yay! I would call them out again. They had fair pricing and were neat and clean about their work. :)

I had a good experience at first. My main line has a problem with tree roots and Evan and Zack arrived to clear it. They were professional and courteous, and was able to clear the drain. Two days later I called to get them back out because my tub started to back up a bit. The woman who answers the phone is condescending and told me that they don't warranty tree root service especially since we did not pay extra for the video. That tells me that they don't care about their customers. I had another plumber out last year who cleared it and said they would come back if we still had problems, and we haven't had one in a year!. I sure wish I could remember their name or I would have called them back.

My experience with Justin from Just In Time plumbing has been great! I initially found him on yelp to help fix a water pipe leak in the attic above the kitchen area. It was an emergency request because I had important guests arriving in my home in two days and I needed them the same da. They were able to fulfill my request in the utmost professional manner. I used them again for the second time when my kitchen sink got clogged up. They have always been very prompt in responding to my request and Justin has always been pleasant to deal with. I will definitely keep them as a primary point of contact in case anything happens in regards to plumbing.

I have had the unfortunate luck of calling more than one plumbing company in Orange county for leaks at my town home. Of all of them I have used in the past Justin Time Plumbing is on my short list to call when I have a problem. Labor Day morning I found a slab leak, it is the third leak in my home but my first slab leak. After looking here on Yelp for a plumber that would be open I found Justin Time and gave them a call. I had a very nice lady pick up the phone and get me an appointment for early afternoon. The plumber that showed up, Evan, was early, on a holiday, and took only an hour to stop the leak. Evan was communicative, nice, and cheerful the entire time. Did I mention that this was on Labor Day, a national holiday were most people are off. The service was 5 star through and through, the price was reasonable for a holiday emergency visit, and the quote I got for a larger repair I know needs to get done was competitive to what I have received in the past. If you need a plumber and live in Orange County, Justin Time Plumbing should be your first choice.
