I needed my kitchen sink replaced as it was making a loud ringing sound, as well as randomly switching between the two pressure settings when on. Michael was able to find the internal problem and although that specific part wasn't able to be removed/replaced, he brought in a similar faucet and replaced the whole system seamlessly. I also asked him to check my two bathroom sinks as the stoppers were not working properly, he was able to fix both and unclog some backup that was taking place. Overall very pleased with Michael's service and professionalism.

I should have posted no star if I could. Very disappointed with their water heater / leaking service. I was very satisfied with their sewer job years ago and I thought to call them for this leak issue. The problem was my water heater kept running for days and I could hear water draining somewhere behind the walls so I thought there is a leak somewhere in my hot water pipe. I told them I'm not sure what this is but it's causing high water usage and gas bill. I expected to see a group of experts to come instead they sent a young guy who truly didn't know anything about this. He kept calling them back for asking questions. He said it sounds like a leak sir. Then grabbed a power saw which he couldn't operate that well either and cut a huge hole in my wall and no surprise there were no sign of leaks. We could still hear water draining somewhere. He didn't bother to check the water heater and I guess because he didn't know anything about heaters. He charged me $130 for the damage he causes on my wall and showing up and knowing nothing then said another group will come tomorrow to find the leak probably under the slab!!! He said they got jack hammers and can find the pipe! I told him this will damage all my tiles and what if they couldn't find it!!! He said they will charge $250 but he's sure they will find the leak and fix the holes. I asked why don't you fix the hole you made in my wall and he said sorry we don't do walls!!!!!
Anyway, guess what guys there were no leaks at all. I watched bunch of videos online and checked my heater the problem was the thermostat was broken so the heater kept running and of course the water got too hot and had to get drained through overflow pipe to the street so that was the source of water sound we were hearing. I mean seriously???? This is something that I expect you guys catch on the spot rather than cutting holes in the wall or ground looking for a leak that doesn't even exist!!! If you had sent an expert to a job that required investigation it would have saved you one customer and others who read this review.

Donald showed up on time, was very personable and fixed the issue. Timely, knowledgeable and clean! We have an old house and I have been using Justin Time Plumbing since 2017, both for home and for our Small Business in Costa Mesa. This time, I needed to flush my tankless water heater,I had Blake, Vallon and Brock over to do so and they were able to do it quickly and when I also mentioned that we had low pressure in some faucets and showers around the house, they quickly took a look and fixed them right away.
