I called Justin in desperation - the Liquid Plumer was no longer working on the drain in our Master Bath. It got to the point where I got home from the gym one morning and my Husband told me to go shower at my mother's house.

I called Justin around 10:45, and he said he could be at my place in 20 minutes. I work 10 minutes from my house, and Justin pulled up just as I was getting out of my car :)

He was kind, curteous, and got to work. Within 30 minutes, he had unclogged both our Master drain and the Hall bathroom (which we never use, but glad to have it clean regardless).

His price was more than fair, particularly considering this was an ""emergency"" (in my opinion) call.

So glad to have found him, and will definitely be recommending JustinTime Plumbing to everyone I know in the local area!

Justin and his team are great. They were extremely knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Justin returned my call right away and had someone at the house the next morning. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure our sink was fixed. The men were friendly and extremely considerate and trustworthy. I cannot recommend this company enough.

These guys are great! They earned my business moving forward, that is for sure. Like Kevin D., I had a clogged line that I tried to snake myself every way possible but ended up needing to call a plumber. I checked Yelp reviews and saw how highly these guys were rated. I got a call back within minutes and was told someone would be at my home within the hour (they were there in 30 minutes), was quoted an hourly rate, and was told that they usually finish their jobs within the hour. They took care of everything, cleaned up after themselves, and even fixed some parts under the sink...all within an hour. I grabbed a few of their cards to give to my neighbors. Having owned a few homes, I have worked with a number of plumbers and this was by far the best experience I have had. If you are in the OC area and need help with plumbing...call these guys.

These guys do great work, but they're very expensive. $400 for a less than 1 hour job to repair a visible leak, during normal weekday business hours. If you're looking to save a few bucks, look elsewhere. They are open 24/7, but will charge extra for anything after 4pm or weekends (which my job wasn't).

I DO NOT recommend this plumber. I called Shoreline Plumbing (who I do recommend) and they gave me an estimate to replace my water heater. My wife called back to schedule two weeks later and Shoreline could not make it that day so referred her to Just in Time. When Justin Time showed up, they convinced her that she should also replace the heat pump (there was nothing wrong with it) and gave her a verbal, but not written estimate for the work. Normally she would have called me to check I was not available via cell that day. When I arrived home, there were two trucks outside and 4 guys in my garage, and they were just about finished. My original estimate from Shoreline of $ 1,400. was now a bill from Just in Time for
$ 2,800. I asked them why they needed 4 guys to replace a water heater (reminds me of a light bulb joke) and I didn't get an answer. I did get a bill for $ 2,800 and was asked to pay them immediately. I declined since my wife was not given a written estimate and I wanted to investigate what the cost of the work should have been.
My research showed that parts for the heater and pump was about $1,200 retail.
I emailed Justin that I thought his charge was too high and in a later phone call he told me his material cost was more like $ 1,400. My math tells me I was charged
$ 1,400 in labor to replace a water heater and pump. That is insane! The work was done in about 4 hours which is slow, and that works out to $ 350. per hour!
I told Justin I thought he had taken advantage of a woman customer but that I would pay his bill because I care about my reputation and didn't want to be accused of shorting his bill. I sent him two checks, one for what I thought was a reasonable price and a second check noting ""overcharge"" Justin never called back and cashed both. I should also note that during his work there, all of the electricity, except the garage doors was knocked out and resetting the breakers didn't fix it. Although nothing else was going on in that garage that day, he said it was not his problem and that it is impossible that he could have caused the problem. Uh, right.
If you don't want to be taken advantage of and don't want to pay $ 350 per hour in labor, don't call this plumber.

It's never fun to have plumbing issues but when I do JustinTime is my go-to place. These guys really helped me out when I had a bunch of plumbing problems at both my home & business all within a couple months time. Plumbing costs can add up fast, but these guys are more than fair with pricing. Plus they're courteous & clean. Bonus! JustinTime is officially in my cell phone contacts, no need to call anyone else.
