Tom F.Wow!! This team is great! My wife and I have been using our wet bar sink for a few weeks because our kitchen is going through a complete remodel. Last night we heard what sounded like a leak in the wall near our wet bar. We called first thing this morning and Alfonso was dispatched to be at our residence within the hour. Within 30 minutes he arrived and was able to determine that the sound was just normal copper pipe expansion. He conducted a thorough search to rule out any possibility of leakage in the walls or ceilings. While he was here, we also had him replace a drain pipe under our sink. Alfonso was very punctual, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was also very patient while listening to all of my questions! My wife found this company on Yelp, and we selected them based on their 1000+ 5 STAR ratings and we can clear see why their reviews are so positive. Thanks Alfonso, and Justin Time Plumbing. Dingo F.Requested an estimate. Tech came by and gave one. First of all, The estimate was 4 times that of the lowest estimate I received and double that of the average estimate. Then as the tech was leaving he asked me to pay $150 for the estimate. that was never discussed before his arrival. Needless to say I did not use their service. Caveat emptor.
