My water heater broke a couple weeks back and Justin and his crew came out within a couple days to replace and install a new unit. They were quick, friendly and efficient. They even spent an hour on the phone with my home warranty company to explain their assessment of my issue, which eventually led to a complete replacement instead of trying to fix components that would inevitably fail on my crappy older water heater within a short time. If you need knowledgable professionals, call JustinTime and make sure to wave to them when you see one of their 20 vans cruising throughout OC.

I still curse the plumber who came to our house last year. We had a young guy come to my house as part of a service call for our home warranty plan. We were having a dripping sound coming from our upstairs toilet. He comes out and surveys the toilet, and claims that it's because our pipes are too clogged. He says it will be $850 for him to cut into our downstairs ceiling to remove a portion of our piping. He made it sound like our toilet piping was severely clogged so we did it. That lead to another $250 for another guy to come in and patch up the ceiling. Long story short, he removed a portion of piping that barely had any buildup on it and replaced it. He also claimed it was clogged with paint, which it wasn't (see pictures). He then put our toilet back on and stripped our water supply line connection to the point where we can't even get it off again. It was a useless $850. He just was looking for business to do and ripped us off. What was worse was when he cut open our ceiling, he smiled like he was so proud of himself, like it was his first time ever cutting into a wall before.

Don't hire these guys. I don't know if they're all amateurs but it's embarrassing that they send out a rookie who completely took advantage of us.

Adam and RJ replaced my garbage disposal. Both of them were nice, polite and professional and did a good job. They made it look so easy.

I got quotes from 7 plumbers and I picked them because of their price and high reviews on yelp.

If I need anymore plumbing needs I will definitely use JustInTime Plumbing again!

Justin came out after he stood me up the week before. When he finally did show up, he was 20 minutes late. His ""ballpark"" number was $30,000 over the other bids we received of $25-30,000. I would consider taking your business elsewhere.

These guys will rip you off. Best to get multiple quotes. They quoted over $4000 to replace some ABS drains in my bathroom and I got a second quote for $700 for the same work.

Sadly, after using Justin in Time plumbing multiple times, I was shocked at the lack of concern or follow-up for by its owner after an electric hot water heater they had installed was determined to have been INCORRECTLY WIRED! Previously, they had installed 3 prior electric hot water heaters with no problem and i was planning on using them as my ""go to"" plumbers on multiple properties.
Unfortunately, when it came to installing a 4th water heater everything went wrong. The morning after the installlation my tenant calls saying there is no hot water. I contact Justintime to be told that it must be our problem despite having no problems heating the water with the old water heater.
At this point, I contact an electrician. The electrician comes out and finds the water heater had been INCORRECTLY WIRED and was very dangerous!
The owner of Justintime wanted to see the invoice we had paid to get the water heater correctly installed. The invoice for the electrician was forwarded to the owner. In the end, I never heard back from anyone let alone being reimbursed for the cost of correcting the mistake made by their inability to correctly install a hot water heater.

I can't remember the last time that I called for a plumber but this morning we really needed one. Justintime plumbing was fast, efficient, easy to work with and when I was stressed on the phone they were reassuring. The guy that came out was very kind and clean. I'd love to have these guys out again in the event we Have another problem. Great job and thank you

I tried to get a kitchen drain unclogged. The plumber from Justintime plumbing came over and told me he could not possibly get past the first bend in my pipe. He said that I needed a $950 repipe. The next day I had my contractor come over and take a look, he snaked the drain in a hour. Simple job. Charged me $125.

Justintime plumbing has snaked the drain successfully before without a $950 repipe. I asked for a refund but they refuse to respond. I am not sure why they felt the need to try to rob me this time. Cannot trust anymore for future jobs.
