We have , unfortunately, had really extreme main line issues in the span of 3 months on 2 different properties (my boss' main house and a rental). Alberto was referred to us after one of our plumbers said the work needed a rooter & hydrojet flush. He was professional and explained to us the issues and worked in a timely manner. His estimates were fair given the difficulty of the job. Alberto also showed us photos via text on the work they have done when we cannot be there physically. Simply put, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional & the response time is fast.

Alberto is on our emergency call list now for our plumbing and rooting needs, as he takes care of his clients well. We highly recommend him.

Alberto was our hero. He saved the day and the year 2020. We had clogged toilet and tub. I reached out to him late at night via yelp and he responded quickly. Most businesses I reached out to were busy or had to wait few days for an estimate but Alberto was able to come by next day for a free estimate. We ended up using someone else but that person didn't have state of the art equipment to fix our problem. I quickly called Alberto and he was able to squeeze me in the same day and recommended hydro-jetting and was able to clean our clogged toilet. He identified the problem and took his time to explain to me. Alberto and his team were knowledgeable, experienced and honest. They gave us honest recommendation and fair pricing. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends and pray I don't need a plumber again but if I do Alberto is my go to plumber.

Alberto and his assistant showed up on time at about 11 am after I made a call at about 9 am. I told him it was not an emergency and he said he would see how his crew was doing on their jobs.
Alberto showed up himself and looked at my three year old kitchen faucet. He said it was cracked under the handle and gave me a fair estimate to replace it with a new Delta as opposed to the who knows what the other plumber installed and completed the job in a timely manner .

I had recently purchased an oven range from Best Buy and paid for their installation as well. When the appliance guy delivered the oven, he removed our old oven and told us that he wouldn't be able to install the new oven with the gas valve that we had and that it would be illegal for him to change anything with the way it was installed. He told us we needed a plumber to change the valve and then call him back within 30 days to install it after it was changed. I was left with no working gas range to use.
I found Just Rooter and Plumbing on yelp and gave a call around 7:30 PM that night. I spoke with Alberto on the phone and told him I needed to change the gas shut off in order to install a new gas range oven. He was able to come in the next morning at 7-8 AM. When he came to inspect the gas valve, he told me that it was fine and I didn't need to pay to change the valve. I just needed an adapter to attach to the new oven which I already had and the Best Buy technician removed it from the old oven...... Alberto attached the adapter to the gas valve and finished helping me install the oven, and checked to make sure there was no gas leaking. I paid for the service which is much cheaper than replacing the gas valve.
I would definitely recommend Alberto's services to anyone and will be reaching out to him again for any plumbing needs in the future. He does honest work and will not try to upsell you on things you do not need!

My first time using a plumber from Yelp and what a great experience. Alberto was on time, professional, and informative. He identified the problem and took his time to address it. He explained to me that was causing the drain to back up and how he was going to fix it. He was inexpensive and charged a fair price for the work he did.
