We highly recommend Alberto and his team!! The whole process went super smoothly!

1) very fast on responding! Received email/text even phone call responses within few minutes even one time passed midnight.
2) very professional! We had 3 people coming in, and he was the first person. Right there he was able to tell us the problems and the price.
3) went above and beyond what we asked for. He changed some pipes under the house since he saw they were too old with no extra charge.
4) very nice, respectful, friendly, and responsible team. When my kids walked by, they wanted to put some sheets on to make sure kids shoes wouldn't get dirty.

everything with satisfaction, he charged the least among the three plumbers.

My realtor had found a plumber who charged to do a consultation and also quoted 10,000 to do all the plumbing work. I asked my coworker for recommendations and found Alberto. He will come out to do a free quote for you, and tell you what is necessary vs. what is needed. He is very responsive to calls and texts. It's a family owned business in the local area, so they are here for us in SGV whenever we need plumbing services. I'm so glad I found Alberto because he did the necessary work for a lot less than what my realtor's plumber quoted for. He focuses on doing things correctly. It took him 1 day to get everything done when i had expected at least 3 days.

I'm going to keep calling Alberto for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommend him to my friends, family, and coworkers.

He has come out here a few times - once to unclog one of our sewer pipes, another to remove an old water heater, and this time to loosen the valve on our toilets that was causing a loud vibration. He is quick to respond to text and can always come within the next 24 hours. He is our go-to now for all our plumbing related issues. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is happening (which is so helpful as a first time home owner).

Our toilet flooded Sunday night, after 9p. We had to find a place to stay while we figured out how and when the situation would get fixed. My husband found Just Rooter and Plumbing on Google. He called them this morning, and they were there within a couple of hours. The issue has been fixed, and Alberto gave maintenance recommendations for the HOA and their plumber, who did ""work"" on a different condo on Friday and caused issues for us a couple of days later. All of this for less than what I paid getting a hotel room! Reasonable prices, fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Our tankless water heater stopped working. I contacted Just Rooter and Plumbing and Alberto answered within minutes. The next day, Alberto replaced the old unit with an upgrade and more efficient tankless water heater. Very professional, straight forward and clean job!
