I've had my account for over 4 years and this will be my first review because of how amazing Drew and his team were. First, we had a problem with our house fan staying on. I called him back in December to come out and fix it, but due to my own scheduling conflicts, had to delay the service call for nearly a month. Drew was extremely understanding and had no problem cancelling the first service call. Back to the house fan, I thought it was a bad relay, and when Drew came out he diagnosed it as being the same, a bad relay. He gave us a quote and promised to have it fixed in a few hours, which he did.

While he was there, I remembered we had a clogged drain that a regular snake just couldn't take out. I mentioned it to drew and he didn't hesitate and said he would try to free it up as soon as he finished with the house fan. Drew had a plumbing snake that wasn't long enough, so he said he had to go back to his office in LAGUNA BEACH, over 30 miles round trip, to get a longer snake. He leaves and comes back a short time later to try out the longer snake, and unfortunately couldn't clear it. Here is what sold Drew as being an honest, professional serviceman, he didn't charge us for the plumbing work. Drew had to go 30 miles round trip to try to clear this blockage along with bringing an extra assistant, yet still didn't charge us.

I will recommend Drew over and over again to anyone who needs service on their home. He is amazing, professional, and has extremely competitive prices. Thank you again Drew, you earned a customer for life!

Great service and I couldn't recommend higher for plumbing, air conditioning or heating. Unfortunately this year we've needed them three times, once for air, once for heat, and once for a gas leak (plumbing). I don't write reviews often but Mitch, Drew, and one other (can't remember) have been great on each job. Communicative, fairly priced, and quick to both respond and come out and do the job.

And unlike others, I felt like they were upfront in handling the job but didn't try to oversell or push anything I didn't need. I'm hoping I don't need their services for a long time, but whether it's sooner or later, they are my go to team for help.

Thanks again Just Right, you are more than Just Right whenever I need you.

I rarely write reviews but the service I experienced with just right services went so far beyond my expectations I felt compelled to do so. The heater in my home stoped working and the temperature inside dropped so low it was almost intolerable. I called just right services after reading so many glowing reviews on yelp and left a message. Soon after, I received a call from Mitch. I explained my situation and scheduled an appointment for him to come out. The day of the appointment Mitch arrived and was not only very courteous and knowledgable, he was able to diagnose the issue with my heater in less than 10 minutes and was very thorough when explaining the issue. A part had to be ordered and would take a few days to arrive but Mitch said he would try his best to obtain it sooner and he did. We scheduled a second appointment to have him come swap out the part. He was punctual and even brought his assistant Raj who was equally as courteous and knowledgable. He also honored an online only special they had which helped save some money and I really appreciated that. I will without a doubt be using them for all future heating and air conditioning services needed. I can go on and on but bottom line, if you're in need of a trustworthy, reliable company that offers nothing less than exceptional quality work at very reasonable prices for any of the aforementioned services, give Just Right Services a call. If you're looking for an honest repairman/plumber, look no further.

This morning on Thanksgiving, we suffered a broken valve in the bathroom that forced us to turn off all running water in the house. As hosts, this wasn't going to work, but all we had to do was replace the broken valve.

The only problem was that all hardware stores were closed. We even tried Walmart with no luck.

We called a few plumbers that quoted between $250-$500 to come out at some point in the day to replace the part. Luckily we came across Drew's number next. He said he wouldn't be able to come out as he was with his family but we could come get the part from him. I'm sure this is not something he wants to offer to strangers, but as he said, Hey, it's Thanksgiving.

When we arrived he had the part and a tool ready for us to take, and even tried to let us take them without paying him a dime. We paid him barely the equivalent of what the parts would retail for, exchanged pleasantries and were on our way.

That there are people like Drew still out there offering honest services makes me feel better about the world. Do us all a favor and support this business.

Drew was very professional and pleasant. Our air conditioner was not venting cold air, he was able to come out the same day. Drew diagnose the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. Definitely would use their service again!

Drew and his assistant were on time, very friendly and did a thorough job inspecting my HVAC system and answering my questions. Drew was efficient, stuck to the service price we had previously agreed on and emailed me a receipt before he left.

I had a very problematic air conditioner. After my initial and only service payment, Just Right Services had to return a total of seven times before the air conditioning worked properly. It is not pleasant on either end to have to call so many times because the air conditioner was not blowing cold air or have to return so many times to have to figure out the problem. Still, this is a 5 star review for Drew and Mitch, a father/son team, because from the first call to the last call both were always professional, well-mannered, timely and most of all persistent about locating the problem until it was finally fixed. I have waited a few weeks before writing the review to make sure the air conditioner is still blowing cold air and it is! Hurray! These two are a super conscientious duo!

Here's the deal. Our mail level AC wasn't providing cool air. I called these guys based on their yelp review scores. I scheduled, their guy Mitch called me the morning of to tell me he was on his way, he showed-up, was professional, pleasant, and polite. Mitch diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes, showed me exactly what it was, had it fixed within 10, we shook hands, and he was on his way. In short, Mitch was great, the work was quick, the price was reasonable. I would call these guys in a second.

We got into a pickle when we tried to fix our own plumbing issue on a Friday afternoon at 4:00. We had to turn off our house's water supply and with a toddler and in the midst of a move, the weekend would've been miserable without our water supply! Just Right Services saved us!! Mitch came within 30 minutes of my call and was personable and fast! I highly recommend Just Right Services and will definitely use them in the future.
