Nick arrived before his scheduled time, which is a rarity. He was personable and knowledgeable and gave me a ton of tips to keep my HVAC (and this particular system) running efficiently in the future. Whole maintenance call took less than an hour.

Although Just Right Services did not install my HVAC (3 years old), Nick did not disparage the installation from the previous contractor--his honesty carried weight because it seems many contractors use this tactic to up-sell services or products during a routine maintenance calls. They've got a customer for life. Thank you.

Just Right Services was excellent. Jared was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Nick was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. The install crew was fantastic. They were tidy and respectful of the house and the area where they were working. We priced out 3 different contractors to replace our heating and AC unit. Just Right was not the cheapest but they were the best at providing a complete breakdown and even provided all the permits. It was a very simple easy process. I would highly recommend. This company is honest and very qualified.

I needed some advice/service to my condo and of course I searched Yelp to see who folks recommended. Just Right Services had high marks so I reached out. Sure enough, Jared took the call with great customer service professionalism and sent out Nick. We knew they would be busy because of this unseasonal cold weather and rain we were having in southern California. They squeezed me in for an appointment and expertly diagnosed a small problem which he handily fixed. Well, I was surprised by the professionalism of the service, because often times, the public is at the mercy of technicians who might embellish what is wrong. But, luckily Nick was straight-forward and HONEST. I was so grateful for this diagnosis and Yelp for leading me to Just Right Services. I applaud you all!! Thank you :-)

After reading a number of reviews for Just Right Services, I called and talked with Jared who was as friendly, personable and helpful as everyone said in their reviews. The heater had quit working in my rental condo. Since I don't live nearby, I asked Jared to contact my tenant to arrange for a convenient appointment time. He did, called me back and he told me Nick would be in touch with me once he'd diagnosed the problem. Nick called when he was on his way to my condo and then we talked several times while he was there. He fixed the heater. I also asked him to service it along with the AC unit, both being 29+ years old. He recommended replacing both and provided written estimates within 2 hours! Nick also was personable, friendly, and professional. I felt so comfortable having Just Right Services take care of my heater problem that I'm going to have them replace my HVAC unit. I'll write another review once that's complete!

Our old AC unit crapped out during the summer, and after consulting quite a few of the local HVAC companies we decided to go with Drew and the guys at Just Right. They gave solid, practical advice on which new HVAC unit to get, had a reasonable price compared to their competitors, gave advice for where to install an additional air duct to help with some of our airflow and cooling issues, and had the work done fairly quickly. It's now been 6 months since we've had the new unit, and we remain extremely happy with the results.

Great service! The gentleman helped us threw everything and was super patient with us. Any plumbing problem isn't easy to deal with and just right services was super patient and informative and explained all our options. At the end it was our decision.. knowing everything that was going on.
Good company to use will definitely use them again!
