The air went out it's 99 degrees and it's covid! Placed a call and Mitch came over and we were Up and running ! At a time when it's hotter than normal and we are at home more because of the world now, we rely on things at home to work. Mitch was pleasant, prompt, he wore a mask he was honest and the price charged was great! I will let everyone know about just right services for air and other needs as they offer plumbing and other services as well, it's good to know a local trustworthy company ! Thank you !

Best service ever. I thought my smart thermostat had gone bad when it would not turn on the A/C unit. I even bought two new thermostats as replacements. When Nick showed up, he thought my description of the problem sounded odd, so he asked to go into the attic. He discovered that a recent termite inspector had accidentally disconnected power to the A/C unit in the attic. He plugged it back in and it worked perfectly. I was ready to have him switch out both thermostats with no questions asked. I am so impressed with his honesty. I'm especially impressed with the fact that he wouldn't charge me for plugging back in the unit, even though I had acknowledged the service charge for having them come out. Very impressive. They have a new customer for life.

We had a major pipe leak on a Saturday at 1:00pm. Just Right Services was there within the hour. Robert May detected and fixed the leak, staying until 8:00p.m. He was professional and was very calming. He worked with a difficult neighbor (whose pipe had broken into our lower unit condo.) I am grateful for this company.

Very friendly service and the nice gentleman wore a mask, booties, etc. While he came a little later than expected, it was understandable as a heat wave hit SoCal and he was extremely busy. He made up for it with pleasant and very informative service. He was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed it very quickly for a reasonable price. He was also not pushy with services and took the time to answer my questions. Would definitely use again!

This weekend was a record heat wave in Orange County and we have a VIP account with another AC company (Service Champions). However, that company does NOT come out for emergency services or weekends. Our home got to 90 degrees inside. We called Just Right Services and while they couldn't make it out THAT day, they were able to come the next day. The owner himself came to our home and got our AC working in less than 30 minutes! We will be using them from now on and immediately cancelled our ""VIP"" account with the other company.

Hit with California's worst heatwave in years, my air conditioning decided to take a dump. It was about 104 outside, and the air blowing from my vents was around 82 degrees. Paired with single pane windows, and a condo that gets sunlight from all angles from 6am-6pm, my house was HOT.

I had sent out many request on yelp to a bunch of HVAC services, and the only one to respond properly, was Just Right. I left them a detailed message through their online scheduler (as per their request) and someone called me within 24 hours. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he was super polite, and even called twice because he wanted to confirm I was on the schedule. Said I was good for an appointment 4 days out (better than the ""i'm booked"" answer I was getting everywhere else) with a gentlemen named Robert (Or Richard, I'm sorry!)

Robert (or Richard) called me the day of, and said he was running early, and if it's OK to swing by a little earlier. SURE! The sooner the better. He came in, I told him my issue, and he went straight for it. Came back with detailed quotes on multiple plan of actions. He was so polite and humorous, I loved the rapport I received. This is the type of customer service that separates you from every other HVAC service (or any other service) from another.

He went over the pricing with me for R-22, and even though I already knew, kindly went over the pricing of the refrigerant (freon) and how It was to be going up in price after the 2020 stoppage of production. He said that if I ever wanted to upgrade, or if it broke down, to give them a call and they would work something out with me. To top it all off, they were all electronic, so he even took pictures of the problem, and how much freon he was dispensing, and uploaded it their database/tablet for future reference on services. I love when companies take the initiative to streamline their services and point of sales.

All in all, this was a necessary service, but a service I enjoyed because not only is my house now cooling way better, but I may have found my new go-to HVAC guys. Affordable. Professional. Great Customer service. Thanks Just Right... you were... Just Right for the job.

I have had JRS provide my service for the last two years. My AC stopped pushing cold air so Nick came out today quickly diagnosed the issue and did not have the part but went out and got it and returned within an hour. My AC is back up and running just in time for the next heat wave. I also have JRS's maintenance contract which is a great service. They proactively let me know when maintenance is due and work with me to set-up a convenient appointment. I highly recommend this company!
