I would like to recommend Just Right Services for your air conditioner / heater needs. They have a professional staff that is friendly, honest and neat. I had an issue with our 13 year old air conditioner where I was losing Puron refrigerant. Just Right technicians pressurized the air conditioner system and isolated the leak to evaporator coil above our furnace. The technicians installed a new improved coil in 3 hours just before a heat wave.

This is not my first review of Just Right Services, but they are such an honest and trustworthy company that I wanted to review them again as they just came out to look at my AC. They whole team at JRS is so professional, transparent and trustworthy. They are also priced very competitively. All of my interactions with JRS have reinforced a business mentality of long term, trusting relationship with their customers. I have been using them for around 8 years I believe. They came out today because my AC unit was blowing warm air. They installed the compressor for this system 4 years ago. Drew said that one of the caps on the system was a bit looser than it should be, and that this MIGHT have been the cause for the low freon (lets hope!). Because it ""may have been"" their fault, he charged the system and did not charge me a dollar, after the system had been operating for 4 years! This is just one example of how they run their business. Highly recommended!!!!

It's rare to see someone that will take an extra effort to thoroughly figure out the issue during a free consultation. Out of 4 different companies that came out, Drew was the only one that took the time to pump the water out and investigated the problem until figuring out exactly what was going on with the service pipe water leak. Amidst the CV19 pandemic, our AC decided to have some issues. Called on Friday, asked about any available appts and what they were doing to protect themselves and others while working. We got an appt the next morning with a 2hr window. Nick called on way and was on the front side of that window. He was professional, didn't fix anything unnecessary. Was in and out in under 30min. Was informative re a program they offered for yeah service w/o being pushy. Appreciate their service.

Excellent Plumbing company! We used Just Right Services after our home warranty assigned them to our problem. Very easy to call and schedule. Drew came to our house to fix our pressure regulator and made some suggestions to further alleviate the issue in the future. I highly recommend this company for your needs. After the excellent work ""Just Right Services"" did at our son's condo, we decided to hire them for our home. Once again, they did an excellent job. They replaced our old HVAC and water heater within the time frame they originally gave us and totally matched the quote Drew wrote us. Truly the best professional services I have seen, not to forget a very courteous and respectful team. I also absolutely love the fact they left everything spotless on a daily basis during the three days job. We will definitively hire them for future work on our house and highly recommend them.

I called Just Right Services and Drew answered the phone.
He is very detailed and customer-focused beyond belief, and even called other locations to find the exact match of my current thermostat.
We found out that this particular thermostat was discontinued.
So, I purchased one on Amazon.
But I couldn't set it up correctly, I called again Drew.
He once again proved that customers are his priority.
Nick was dispatched and diagnosed, and the heater is working in just a few minutes.
Nick is also very friendly and even highlighted the areas on the owner's manual where I need to read for future reference.
It is such a pleasure to have service from Just Right Services and to know that they are in my nearby area.

I can't say enough about Drew and his team's level of detail, knowledge, trustworthiness and problem solving. After two negative experiences with other plumbing companies (one plumber even became very hostile when I did not want to pay for service he came back to redo when he did not fix the original problem that posed a fire hazard with a sparking water heater (I ended up paying him to get him out of my house); afterwards, we feel like we hit the Jackpot finding JustRight Services. Not only did Drew explain the problem so succinctly, with drawing and all, he gave multiple options and created a very collaborative professional relationship. As a female, who has done a lot of renovations with my husband, and hung around with my dad, and assisted him, as a young girl, as he did repairs and upkeep around the house, I have come to expect collaboration from tradesmen. I have no patience for tradesman who tell me that their shoddy work is ""suppose to look like that;"" especially when you can show them many expert YouTube videos that says otherwise and instead of problem solving they engage in posturing. We have used Drew and his business for almost a couple of decades and have never experienced Drew, or his team, as taking questioning as a personal insult. Furthermore, I like seeing Drew collaborate and problem solve with his team, which we witnessed during an HVAC system install; it is remarkable (btw--thanks to Mitch and Chris for your HVAC expertise). Just this week we had a hot water slab leak and are very grateful for the speed to which JustRight Services responded to our call, at a time I know is busy for them, and Kudos to Mike for his expertise, professionalism and ability to collaborate. I like how Mike brought other potential problems to my attention, which I knew to be true and was already on my to do list, while never trying to upsell. I appreciated his sincerity and attention to detail which always gives me confidence in his work; and thanks to Mike for his ideas on our cabinetry when he came to complete a plumbing job on our recent kitchen update.
I highly recommend JustRight Services if you want a pluming and HVAC team that are knowledgeable, collaborative, reliable, trustworthy,professional, and clean-up their work environment (even better than they received their work environment).
