This the 3rd time Just Right Plumbing saved the day for me!
My water heater sprung a leak and John (owner) was quick on sending 2 people from his team to fix the issue.
Just Right is definitely the most honest plumbing company that I have dealt with.
They take the time to thoroughly explain the issue and method for the fix.
I have always felt comfortable utilizing Just Right for my plumbing issues.
They are HONEST, RELIABLE and the prices are extremely fair.

I just got my water heater replaced by Just Right Plumbing and they have done a fantastic job all around. Both John and Ryan were knowledgeable and helpful when discussing my potential options for a new water heater. I ended up deciding on a tankless water heater and they did a seamless installation where my previous water heater was. I have been let down by prior plumbers before, so it was relieving to work with these guys. Again, the Just Right Plumbing provided me with professional work and I fully recommend them for any future plumbing needs.

John and Ryan have continued to be a great help. They've been back to the house twice since the original review.

We were getting French drains installed by landscapers and I had to choreograph them replacing a cast iron pipe while the trench was open. They managed to get over to the house in between calls and replace the cast iron wjth PVC same day. And since the work was less than discussed they gave me a lower price than initially quoted.

They also helped out replacing a leaky drain pipe connection in our crawl space in a short amount of time.

Have used John and Just right in the past with great service. Today our hot water went out and we assumed it was the water heater. Over the phone, John walked us through turning on the gas which had been turned off from the earthquake valve. Really appreciate his help after hours on a Friday!

Initially Just Right was recommended for a pre-home purchase plumbing inspection. They were thorough and detailed. I didn't prioritize the issues they found, and paid for it two months later. When a situation arose, I got a recommended 2nd opinion. That 2nd opinion said that everything in Just Rights inspection report was not only spot on, but priced just right (pun intended). The situation was really bad and graphic, spare you the details. John P, answered my call on the second ring and was at my house with his team within the hour. What was initially thought to be a $$$$ problem, he was able to do for $$. He respected that I am a first time homeowner dealing with one thing after another, and was able to find a way to solve a big issue within hours of my distress call. He and his team were friendly, professional and detail oriented. He did not leave until he thoroughly tested his work to confirm the problem was resolved. I've worked with 3 different professional plumbers in 2 months. Just Right is officially my go to.

Highly recommend! I had a leak in my ceiling and John spoke with me about it on a Saturday morning and had Johnnie and Ryan here within a few hours. They were both really professional and explained everything in great detail to me (probably numerous times). It's clear Johnnie really cares about doing a great job, taking time to explain things and also cleaning up really well afterwards. He also gave me some other recommendations for more work I need done and I will definitely be using anyone whom he thinks is good. I will be using them as my plumbers all the time now! Thank you.
