Of course plumbing problems don't happen during normal daylight hours, they happen right at 5pm when all the plumbers go home. I can't tell you how many ""24hr"" plumbers I called before calling Just Right, only to either have no one answer or they wanted to rob me in excessive extra fees for the after-hours situation.

Danielle responded to me ASAP, she immediately connected me to their technician Ryan, and Ryan made a concerted effort to fit me in. I even spoke to John at some point and he was on top of it too. All 3 of them were beyond pleasant to talk to and work with, and none of them gave me any ridiculous runaround or stress.

Ryan showed up, more than knowledgeable, and not only fixed my problem but gave some very sound advice and knowledge for me to relay to the property owner about the issue.

There was an upcharge for it being after hours, but it was significantly less than most people were trying to force on me (1.5x normal rate, rather than fixed fees on top of normal rate).

I couldn't go overnight with the problem I had (or my apartment would've flooded), I could barely get anyone else on the phone much less out to my apartment, and Just Right did it all easy-peasy. Would definitely contact again.

I will never use Just Right Plumbing ever again. I had them come out to snake my shower drain - after three separate attempts to snake the drain, each time pulling out hair, they insisted that the problem was not a clog due to hair but deposits on the sides of the line and that the only thing that could resolve the problem was to hydrojet the line. So they did that and then ran water through the line and it immediately started backing up. I had another plumber from a different company come out today and snake the line and they were able to resolve it in 10 minutes. Turns out that it needed 40 feet of line to snake it completely and the other plumber insisted it only needed 20 feet (which is all the snake length they had). So because they had inadequate equipment, it cost me over $500 and still the problem was not resolved.

I called John on a Sunday. He set us up with Juan Gonzales who was able to take care of the problem. Jon and Juan were professional, polite and knew what to do. The cost was resonable.
I'd use them again in a heartbeat! Terrific!!!

If you don't want to read the whole review below, let me sum it up for you this way: John at Just Right is the David Puddy of the plumbing world.

Or if you want the long of it...Our realtor set up an appointment with Just Right Plumbing to come out and assess the sewer line of a house we ended up buying. My wife met John (the owner of Just Right Plumbing) at the house and was really impressed with not only his knowledge and thoroughness while doing the inspection, but equally with his manner and communication.

I showed the estimate John wrote up to a good friend who is a contractor to vet the price, and was told that it was very fair, so that answered the ""Am I getting overcharged?"" question.

Once we bought the house, we went ahead and contracted Just Right to come out and do the repairs. They got us on the calendar quicker than we would have thought for a job of this size, and even came in two days early to get the digging and prepwork done so the main job could start immediately. We were told it would take four days to do the job--it took two days.

From the get-go, John and his office maintained regular contact via phone and text so that we knew exactly how things were progressing. It would not be overstating it to say that they went out of their way to be as transparent as possible. Once the job was done, they sent us pictures of all the work so that we could see for ourselves what was done.

It's probably obvious by now, but if we ever need a plumber again, Just Right is who we're calling.

This company is absolutely phenomenal! I have used plenty of companies and handymen and so on . . .so so many are unreliable, don't do great work, overcharge, etc. I have now used Just Right Plumbing many times and every time they are fabulous! I specifically deal with a man named Ivan over there, and I could not ask for a better plumber! SOO nice, so so accommodating to my crazy and irregular schedule, VERY fair with pricing (even hasn't charged me before when he came out and couldn't fix something! What other plumbing company will do that?! Everyone charges you for everything these days!). I have used them over ten times at this point, and I will most definitively be continuing! I HIGHLY recommend this company! Side note - one time Ivan couldn't make it out for a fix that I needed on very short notice, so he sent a colleague I had not met yet instead. The guy he sent was also amazing! So it looks like they just have an overall great team over there.

John is great ,incredibly knowledgeable and honest . I will only use this plumbing service because of the excellent work and price. I have experienced the continuity of great service with accurate problem solving. John will go out of his way to maintain customer satisfaction. He has proven this to me on several occasions ! This company is above a 5 star rating.

We rented an old house and we tried using the bath and it subsequently made crazy noises which kept my kids up at night. Property manager allegedly spent all day trying to get a plumber and finally told me after 4 that she couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday. I called Just Right Plumbing at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and he was able to get someone to the house by 5:45! Amazing with LA traffic. And the plumber walked in and new exactly what needed to be fixed. Excellent service, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend them.

Just right plumbing continues to come thru for me! Yesterday I had a hot water heater go out in one of my units and John had one of his employees come out immediately and install a new water heater much better than the previous one, which by the way, was installed by another company. The tenant who was there for both installs, said they were very professional and clean, not like previous company. Thanks again!

Update, I recently called Just Right for an estimate, and sadly, was disappointed to learn that their best employee was no longer working with them. The owner was slow to respond, and really did not seem interested in working with me. I went with another plumber, that got the job done fast.
