I'd give Justin 10 stars if I could. He has been helping our family with various Plumbing issues at multiple properties for many years now and we have nothing but the highest trust and praise for him. He is trustworthy, knowledgable, honest, responsive, caring and an all around really great guy in general. Even in his busiest of times, he or one of his crew are there for us.

If you need plumbing help, look no futher... Justin is your man and I cannot recommend him high enough.

I don't think you can find better plumbers...seriously. We had a major leak outdoors. Another plumbing company said they'd need to break the concrete open to get to it. These guys dug deep into the soil until they found the leak and fixed it. Lower in cost and a lot less damage than it would have been with the competitor. Extremely courteous, clean, on time, good communication, I wanted to tip them...seriously! I found them on Yelp and if I ever have another plumbing need, I would call them in a minute. Better than 5 stars.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink for some time which progressively got worst. So we bit the bullet and called a plumber. After reviewing Yelp, we decided to give Just-in-Time Plumbing a call. The next day Ben arrived on time and proceeded to get to work. He confirmed that the garbage disposal was the culprit and after we agreed on installing a larger model, he was off to purchase the part. Once he installed the new disposal, he did a thorough test. Noticing that the water was draining a bit slow, he checked the waterlines and the trap outside of the house. Everything was clear. He even tested the dishwasher and adjusted one of the legs when he noticed it wasn't standing level. And with 10 minutes left 'on the clock', he asked if there was anything else he can help with. Ben then quickly cleaned up any mess, gathered old disposal parts, and discarded them for us.

That afternoon, we encountered a drainage problem with water filling the sink even with the new disposal in use. I promptly gave Justin a call and he contacted us later that evening. He came by the house the next day (his day off) to take a look. By the time he arrived, the sink had drained during the night. Upon his arrival, he immediately took apart the pipes between the disposal and sink. He checked for clogs; put the pipes together, took them apart again, and used different configurations - testing drainage each time. He tested the dishwasher too! Whatever he did worked as the sink now quickly drains.

I'm sure I feel like most homeowners who dread having to call for repair services like plumbing. I want the service to be done right, promptly, and at a reasonable rate. Just-in-Time Plumbing provided these and more. They are honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. And they are happy doing what they do. Did I tell you Justin didn't charge us for coming out to check our drainage problem?

I join the many Yelp reviewers who say you are in good hands with Just-in-Time Plumbing. By the way ... Justin IS the ""Pipe Whisperer""!

Great customer service. I called at 7:30 at night and they answered the phone! Set me up with an appointment the next morning. Ben was on time, quick, knowledgeable and honest. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I called several plumbers in the area regarding a stripped valve stem in the shower. All the plumbers I spoke to seemed weary about replacing the stem due to the fact there are dozens of different manufacturers, and that the job could escalate quickly if they needed to special order parts (or worse yet), have to open the walls up if they couldn't find the right parts. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place because I wasn't prepared to start opening walls, yet they all wanted to charge a service fee to take a look.

All, except Justin. He said they would come by and evaluate and that we could go from there. I thought this was reasonable, and he also seemed to be confident that that they could do the job without having to remodel the shower.

Within an hour, Justin's associate Andrew came by, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was off to get parts. I decided to have them change both valve stems, and within an hour, the job was complete.

Andrew was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. In fact, I had a loose faucet in another bathroom that he quickly tightened for me.

The cost ended up being about 2/3 what I thought it might be- based on what I was hearing from the other plumbers. I thought the pricing was more than fair, and when I couple that with the quick response, honesty, and workmanship, I couldn't have asked for more!

I would fully recommend Justin and his crew to my friends and family.

I called for a leak in the kitchen area. He came the second morning because he was fully booked the day we called. Upon arrival, he found the cause in the ice maker line within 10 minutes and got his team member to get the part. Professional completed in less than 1 hour.

Bubbles coming up in the toilet can't be good! Called Justin and he and his crew came out the next morning. They ran a snake and found the sewer line was full of roots.

As usual they were fast and efficient in fixing my problem. They are the best.

I was up visiting Mom and I'm sure our old house was glad to see me, because I wasn't there more than a few hours and her water main burst. Front patio flooded. So I dug out the swamp and found a galvanized elbow had failed. I got all the old junk apart and ran to OSH to get the new stuff, and it was about 95% perfect - except the threads on the old pipe were corroded. The pipe was solid but I needed about another three or four threads to make a complete seal. It was leaking just a drop or two, but not fixed 100%. And, I had to go back to LA, so now what?

We got the referral for Justin from a local Real Estate agent friend who uses him. Justin and his guys came over the same day, fixed just the pipe that needed to be fixed, and did it right. Justin even texted me a picture of what they did to fix it, and it was terrific.

Having an honest, fast and really nice guy nearby to help with the old houses plumbing is a big relief for my Mom, and for me too.

Thanks Justin, you made a big mess no big deal. Thumbs up, 5 stars plus.

I loved Justin and his co-worker. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous...something that seems to be long gone in this day and age, especially in the trades. He installed an insta-hot, garbage disposal and cleaned up my other hoses etc. Good guy and a good team. he's my plumber now!
