Needed a repair on my master bathroom toilet. Looked on YELP and there was my answer. I spoke with Justin and he made an appointment for this morning at 8:30. Punctuality is so important to me and Justin nailed it. He was even a bit early. Did the job in a very professional manner and communicated effectively with both my husband and me. Even has a sense of humor. Keep us the good work Justin. I will call you again as needed and refer you to my friends as well.

Justin and his associates rock! He immediately responded to an email I sent late at night, and through a series of exchanges helped me diagnose the problem with our hot water heater. Then, the next day, he found time at the end of his long day to come by and repair the problem. Price was extremely fair, especially given all of the back and forth time he spent the night before, explaining the issue and my options. If I'd followed the advice I received from several other so called ""experts"" (including from the tech support desk of the water heater manufacturer), I'd still be waiting for parts, and would still be taking cold showers. Brrr.

I've recommended Justin before, and will continue to do so.

I couldn't have been more impressed with this company! I called for a low water volume issue, which the city claimed was likely a clogged or broken PRV, and it was fixed the next day. The price was about half of what I figured it would be. Also, this was done after hours and in the rain. Most plumbers would have pushed the job to the next day. I highly recommend Just-In-Time Plumbing!

These guys are great. We've had them out a couple of times to our home in Mountain View. Most recently it was for a sewer lateral inspection with the city. They are reliable and pricing is fair. Good guys and its no wonder the city of Mountain View even gives them an unofficial 'thumbs up"".

Although my project could be considered a ""re-pipe"", most of the plumbing was brand new since I relocated my entire kitchen and most of the bathroom fixtures. They removed the old galvanized supply and cast iron waste, and replaced it with new copper and ABS. In addition, they ran new gas for my range in the kitchen, dryer in the garage, and HVAC in the attic.

Not only was the job done right, but the staff at Just-In-Time Plumbing was extremely courteous. They went above and beyond my expectations. Too many examples to share. You'll just have to see for yourself.

Justin came out today, arriving right on time. He looked at the job, gave me a fair estimate, and he and his assistant finished the job in an hour. In the process, an old valve got bumped and started to leak. Justin fixed that problem without charge. His estimate was accurate and the work very professional. Justin is my go-to plumber from now on.

Whoa! A plumber with all five star ratings. Gave him a call. It was hard to hear him - but he said he would come by betweeen 1:30-2:30 and he did. Fixed it all up. Charged a fair price - which he informed me of before the job - appreciate it :)

And I was at work, so he sent me an invoice over email - that I could just pay online.

This is how its supposed to work. Kudos for a job well done.
