I am totally delighted with all of the service I have received through Just in Time plumbing & Heating from the techs and the often overlooked office personnel. I have received top of the line service every time. Most recently, two Plummers came out, Joe and Kyle, and went above and beyond what we would expect Plummers to do. Water came into my bathroom after recent torrential rain and wind. These men actually went up on my roof, found the problem, took picture of it to show me and then proceeded to fix the leak.
They needed a certain type of screws to do the job right and were able to locate them in my husband's massive and totally disorganized shop. A friend at work said, oh you will need to get a roofer for that job. That is why I say
these young men went above and beyond expectations. They are truly water experts, I am so impressed. I am also a continuing customer with more work for them in the months ahead. The bill was so reasonable for the huge effort they made. If you need a Plummer or a Furnace expert, you can't miss with this company. They also took pics of the fix!!

Very happy to have found Just In Time. We have the kitchen faucet replaced a couple of weeks ago and today was the exposed shower system. If I knew they were this good I would have replaced the shower a long time ago!

I called to get my water heater replaced late and still got someone to answer my call. First of all, the woman that answered the phone had great customer service and was a delight to speak to. She told me that she would have Doniel at my house at 8 am the following day. Doniel arrived at 8:00 on the dot. He took a look at my water heater and all connections. The job was more than he expected but didn't hesitate to tackle it with no complaints. He did an excellent job. I would recommend this company if you're looking at getting water heater repair or replacement done.

Yesterday's service was the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of working with Just-In-Time Plumbing, only this time, matters were far more urgent. I just moved into a new home and the workers were so intent on making the deadlines, they forgot to reignite the pilot light - no hot water for dozens of hefty bags of stored clothes, towels, etc and no shower for this dirtiest of movers.

Owner Justin sent out Mike, a friendly and knowledgeable professional who took care of it immediately; the longest aspect was the tank heating up sufficiently to make its way through the various property lines to assure success. Within an hour, done! Thanks, again, Just-In-Time Plumbing!

Justin (owner of Just-in-Time) plumbing has been helping me with plumbing issues for over 10 years, both at my home and my rental properties throughout the peninsula. They never try to 'over sell' me with unneeded services or fixes. They show up on time, promptly make the repairs and charge a reasonable price.
