We had an extremely tight timetable for a repair and they were able to respond right away. Upon inspection, the crack in our drain pipe was more extensive than previously thought and took nearly all day to fix. They bill after the fact so I honestly thought we were going to get an inflated invoice. When it came we were pleasantly surprised that we were billed for exactly for the time and service that we were told it would be. Highly recommend. Will use again.

Robin, John, Juan and the office staff Corinna and Carol were extremely professional, prompt, courteous and clear in communicating. I really liked that Robin and John took great care to inspect our home, listen to our specific needs and explain the pros and cons of three different systems that matched our criteria. We needed to replace our Heating and Air system - (not urgently, but within the year.) We called four different places and had two different companies come out physically. The first company was very casual and we had them do the standard annual maintenance on the existing system. The maintenance cost $25 more than what Judson's would have charged. During the maintenance, we inquired about replacing the system and we were given a quote ""off the cuff."" The quote was about $1,500 more than the system that we ended up choosing with Judson's. We were not concerned about the price but we wanted to be sure that we did our ""homework"" before agreeing to replace our system. I checked Consumer Affairs and found that the rating on the furnace that was recommended by the first company was ""low"" while the American Standard that Judson's suggested had a ""high"" rating for performance and for energy efficiency. Robin was great in explaining our options and he even helped us with an energy efficient rebate. I really liked that Judson's was honest, did not try to ""up sell"" gave us several options and completed the project from start to finish in a very timely and professional manner. We are very impressed. Our new system is more efficient and extremely quiet. We will call Judson's in the future if we need any of the services that they offer. Great to learn that they also offer electrical and plumbing!

We had water leaking through the ceiling below our kitchen so we called Judson's based on what we've heard about them from others. We called at 8am and they said they'd try to get out same day, but could definitely come the next day. Luckily for us, Doc from Judsons made it out that same afternoon.

Turns out that Doc was the best plumber we could ever hope for. He was prompt and courteous and got right to work, diagnosing the issue and proposing a solution. He didn't waste a second while he was here and also patiently explained the details of the problem so we could make an educated decision.

We had a leak in the kitchen sink drain pipe on a horizontal section of piping in the ceiling below. All the work from beginning to end took less than three hours, which is no small feat considering he had to locate the pipe int he closed-off ceiling, which relied entirely on educated guesses.

He also asked if we had any other things we wanted him to look at while he was there and he fixed two minor things in 5 minutes, which was invaluable.

I'd recommend him (and Judson's) 100% and won't hesitate to call him whenever our next issue arrises.

Call them out to install a garbage disposal and a new drain in my double sink the drain installed in my sink is substandard obviously the cheapest one they can find.

I was calling around today to decide on a place to get my pipe fixed. I ended up using Cherry City Plumbing because when I called the judsons although they have nicer reviews on here. The woman who answered the phone was very unhelpful and short with me her customer service skills sucked. Cherry City Plumbing was really awesome nice and friendly people answered the phone and knowledgeable and quick service happened when they got to my house.

Another plumber couldn't come for two weeks, they came the same day! Our problem was fixed in just under an hour and he was quickly able to asses the drainage problem. Another nice feature, they bill you after the service so when something urgent comes up you don't have to have the cash up front for the service. It was $85 an hour plus parts or equipment used. Not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive either.

They are a price gouging company. They want to charge you for coming out at exorbitant prices. These companies need to learn customer service. Clearly they don't give a damn how much it costs they want to make your entire months salary in 1 day and probably less then 1 day. They can easily do this job by their own words in a few hours and want to charge thousands of dollars. Do not use this company.

We will never use another plumbing company again! We are fans for life:) Professional and friendly staff. Mary, Mike and Chad. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts. What was a leak in our yard water line for 6 months is now fixed! A1 plumbing quoted us $2400 to fix the leak and $4,000 to fix it. We paid a water bill of $230 each month and saved and got our taxes back. I called Judsons gor a sevond estimate. JUDSONS said it would be less than $400! Are you kidding me? Chad is almost done and has only been here 1 1/2 hours! I cannot praise them enough! Thank you! The MacIntyre's

Judson's Plumbing did an outstanding job on ""This Old House"" hot, cold and drains plumbing replacement. From street to main drain all old cast iron plumbing change with new up to code plumbing. Professional in every aspect of this BIG Job. Highly recommend Judson's Plumbing.
