I contacted my home warranty company, who then sent Judieh to my home for to make a small repair. Judieh Plumbing came once, we were told the repairman would return the next day because there were parts he needed. After one week of not hearing from Judieh Plumbing I called, spoke with receptionist, which assured me she would give me call by 5pm. Never heard from her, maybe two days later, she called rescheduled and still no one came. This experience was utterly ridiculous. And no consideration for consumers time, and highly professional. Be careful

By far, my worst experience with a contracting firm. My home warranty sent me there and its been a headache - ever since.

Now that the work is done and they have been paid $4000 for the job (out of pocket) - I have been calling and emailing every day for the last two weeks to just get a description of the work done - so I can file a claim with insurance.

They are so so lazy - that they haven't been able to provide this simple information for the last two weeks + - despite promising to send it every day.

DO NOT choose these guys for any work. It has been a nightmare.

Going to reiiterate what others have already said. If your Home Warranty sends you to this company-- DO NOT DO IT. THey are lazy nd they do not even want to fix the issue. I am a Reltor so yuo would think they would want to make a good impression so I could refer them out. Nope-- they do not care.

This company is terrible, unprofessional and should not be allowed to do business! First encounter... The guy was 30 mins late, I called after 15 mins passed to reschedule my appt. Window was 11-1 but he showed anyway, btw he informs me of all the stuff my warranty won't due, though his will because whom he has a warrant with is better ! He couldn't do any work because he didn't have any equipment! He assured that he'd be back and complete the job and kept notes to order what's needed. 2nd... cancelled app! 3rd 2 new guys show up, (Get this) no equipment, doesn't even know what they came to do! (GOT EM UP TO SPEED) THEY told me they will be back! STRIKE 4...APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULED 7 DAYS LATER! AND #5.... 1 guy from last visit ""1 hr late"" (skip past that to the extreme piss me off) He only has part of the job, told me the other part was fixed and if it's still an issue we need new piping( if you're confused read 1st encounter again) we dida little back and forth, now the price went from 125 to 200! I said Good Bye sir just leave!!! ""Do not Do Business with these people""!!!!!

If your home warrantee company sends you to this place request a different company. This is the worst company ever when it comes to customer service. We were told by our home warrantee company that they would call Monday, no call, so we called Tuesday, they got a tech out the next day. He went in the basement and then disappeared, did not close the door, did not report his findings, just left. So we called the company and they said he diagnosed the problem and was ordering the part, it would arrive in 3 days, meaning Monday and that they would install the same day or Tuesday at the latest. Monday, no part, Tuesday, no part and no idea when it's coming. Receptionist says she assumed 3 days and now her math suggests that it will come on Wednesday or Thursday. I ask why I've been told differently and she says ""Why do you keep asking me these questions?"" like I'm the one who's stupid for thinking that I could trust the information SHE had given us. Still waiting to see if the part they have ordered will fix the issue.

If your home warranty offers this company, ask for another one immediately, I repeat immediately!!!! I have been stood up by the tech a number of time! Not to mention if they are suppose to arrive between 9-11 it's more like 1 or they call and say they have to reschedule for another day. I'm writing this today right now because I'm so mad this is my 3rd attempt to get this tech to come out here after working on my property more then a week ago. And it wasn't cheap the home warranty didn't cover it all needless to say they needed to come back out to fix things and well he calls me every time to reschedule so today is Monday we said 9-11 he calls at 845am and says when else are u free??? I'm booked and have meetimgs??? Wtf??? Last straw who sits at home all day not me I work full time to have to reschedule is a hassle! Get it together guys people work to make to make money to pay you!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. There office support is horrible. I have called multiple times to follow up on a reimbursement that their plumber promised me. Sheena said she would return my call but never did. Don't even bother leaving a voice message. I've left several messages and have not received one call back. Totally unprofessional and they have no consideration for their paying customers. I will never use their services again. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Two different techs.....hours upon hours of dealing with them and home warranty company. Problem not fixed. If they send you here via home warranty ask for a different company.

I can't believe the lessor reviews posted here for this company, as my experience was so positive. I had my home warranty company switch me from another plumbing company that did not respond, even said they were too busy to talk when I called. Judieh was quick to schedule, quick to return my calls or took them right away, called when one of their persons completed a job early in my area (Dublin) to see if they could come by before the scheduled day. Besides fixing my immediate issue, they tried to get approval from my home warranty company to repipe under the sink correctly (drain pipe going uphill) and when my home warranty declined, gave a fixed price bid and alternate suggestions to reduce chance of leaks in the future. I've waited 45 days to post this, and no issue with their work and do not expect any. Great customer service and workmanship on my issue.

Not professional. They gave a 2 hour time limit and was and hour late. Not the first time they had time issues. You'd think I'd learn from my own mistakes to call them again. The first appointment Ramon was nice and explained everything. (The only reason this review has 1 star). He couldn't do anything that day since we had to okay it with the isurance company. Since the insurance company didn't ok we'd pay out of pocket. The second appointment another guy showed up 10 minutes before the 2 hour time limit was up and basically said no one told me i needed to bring the long snake. Third appointment the same guy from the second appointment shows up an hour late and didn't even say sorry he's late. I understand if you're held up because you had and issue, but please call or call again. He called 15 min after his 2 hour window saying he'll be 20 more minutes, but was 45 minutes late after that call. With the time management issue there was no way I'm letting him do the work. How can you trust a person to do the work when they can't even keep their word on making it on time to an appointment.
