Worst experience with a plumber I've ever had! Their technician was completely unprepared, came back three times and never ordered the parts required. It required replacing faucet cartridges and a toilet handle. Very unresponsive customer service, and job dragged on for three months.

I want Mr Roman Morales, Supervisor of Mr Luis Sandoval to know that Luis was an excellent example of Customer Service! He was not only professional but thorough and kind as well. Being a disable customer of American Home Shield these attributes were very important to me. Allow me to say Thank You for your JUDIEH SERVICE! Marsha W

I got them assigned from my home warranty and was a little skeptical with their current yelp rating, but I was very impressed with the top quality professional work. The sink clogs were resolved quick and Edi was a thorough gentleman with great work etiquette!

This plumbing company was assigned to do my replacement work on my water heater from American home warranty the technician tried to get the most out of the service call by adding unnecessary items to the service and when I confronted him about the charges he called someone and started speaking in Spanish so I was unable to understand the conversation and said that I would need to reschedule the service call so I called someone eye and got great service I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy truly unprofessional

late. non responsive. a joke.....do not ever use them. demand that your home warranty company reassign to a professional service company.

Hassan was great. Very responsive, communicative and did a great job of getting our water heater up and running quickly. Even did a few other little things the home warranty claim didn't cover. After a mind numbingly difficult experience with another plumber sent by the home warranty people, Hassan was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend!

Pilot light on our hot water heater went out and would not re-light. Called my home warranty company who put out the service request as a rush. According to HW, they would out the job out for their ""top 5"" vendors, and whomever had the first opening could take it. So these guys picked up the job. They weren't assigned, they TOOK the job. HW notified me when they took the job.
I never received a call to schedule, so we began calling directly. Left 4 messages, and we finally made contact with them on the 5th call (no one ever actually called us back). Dispatched a tech that afternoon who replaced the thermocouple. Pilot light Lit up, and off he went. Less than an hour later the pilot was out again and wouldn't light.
Per my home warranty company, I could call them back and have them return. I left a message that night, the following morning and again at noon. No response. My husband called in the afternoon and was told that our home warranty company had misinformed us, and that because they closed the case, the HW co had to contact them for a recall. After 3 messages you couldn't have called me back to tell me that? I had to BADGER you to get that answer?
My frustration is not about the fact that the repair was a fail, my frustration is that had we not persistently called the first day, we'd still be waiting. Had we not called persistently the 2nd day, we would still be waiting.
Returning phone calls is not complicated.
So I did call my home warranty company back and was told because I notified them LESS THAN AN HOUR after their technician left, they shouldn't have closed out the claim. I'm going on 3 days with no hot water.
Still waiting, and I told the HW co I was DONE with these guys and to find someone else.
Buyer be ware. And if your HW assigns them to you, my advice is object and get another company.

Worst customer service and terrible visit. Don't choose this company. They don't care about the customer at all. They didn't even show and no call to let us know. Very disappointing after taking time off work. Their first visit was pointless - they didn't do a thorough job which is why they were supposed to come out a second time. What a waste of time!

They can only live by home warranty dispatch.
No one will go to them on its free will. They don't even do what they are asked to do in the work order.
And they can't provide in-time service. My toilet is leaking for weeks and they don't even care to call for a schedule.
And their phone can never be reached.
So if you get them for service, I'd say, good luck!

Beare of this Judieth Plumbing.
My home warranty company dispatched 'Judieth plumbing' plumber to my home to take a look at 'Water Heater' problem. They showed up fast and quick, however, the plumber messed up the water heater (it was partly working before he arrived and he left it completely off (no pilot light)).
While he was here, he made a call to some company and after that he informed me that he has ordered a part and it will arrive at my home via FedEx in 2 days and I will send you FedEx tracking number by the first thing in the morning when I get in my office.
I waited for 24 hr and called and texted this plumber multiple times, no text and call were responded to find out FedEx tracking number.
I called Judieth plumbing company and they informed that they the plumber has not reported anything back to the offer and they don't know of the status. I insisted so they called the plumber and told me that plumber is very busy. They told me to me refer this case to their supervisor, but nothing was done and I was left with no hot water in my home.
Apparently, they called Home Warranty company saying they I need to call the manufacturer and deal with the manufacturer directly.
I would not recommend this company to anyone if you want to avoid a very poor experience
