Needed service for our master bedroom shower being clogged, water pressure for my tub and one of my sinks. Home warranty referral and I read the reviews for this company. We had great service. Roman came and cleared the shower drain. He returned two days later to fix the water pressure on my tub and extra sink. Second time we used Judieh through Old Republic and both times Roman M. came out. He's fast and to the point. The previous plumber who came out said we had leaky pipes and said it would be a big job. Roman came and fixed a clogged sink, thats all it was, no leaky pipes. He came out again for a leaky garbage disposal and changed it out, took about 20 mins in and out.

Judieh Plumbing was sent through Fidelity Home Warranty to repair a bathtub faucet leak. Mo was the technician sent to our home. We were given a two hour window of 9AM to 11AM and he arrived at exactly 9AM. It was a bit of a difficult fix, but he was able to find the part he needed at a local hardware store and still fixed everything quickly, kept the area clean, and was done within an hour. He was also just a generally good guy, courteous and professional. Based on our experience we would call them again for plumbing needs.

Hassan from Judieh came to our house to repair a shower issue. He told our home warranty company the wrong information and because of that our claim was denied. Our home warranty company was happy to work with us but they said they need to hear back from the plumber. I called judieh three times and my wife wife called them twice. We left them voicemails and emails and they never answered us one time. I would not let this company touch my house with a 20 foot pole. They say one thing and do another. And they do not back up their work or their claims. Please stay away, there are so many other companies that have done well for us in the community. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for their false claims and bad work. If the company wants to work this out you know my name and number and where I live please reach out to me.

The BBB claim here: Hassan from Judieh plumbing visited our house after a shower leak. He diagnosed the issue and told us that the field product would be covered under manufacturer warranty. That was his professional advice. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me no it was not covered because I am the second homeowner. Yet the plumber told my national home warranty incorrect information and because of that my home warranty claim was denied and it cost me money. Fine. But I reached out to them and ask them to correct their mistake and to call my home warranty company and let them know the truth. He diagnosed the issue and told us that the field product would be covered under manufacturer warranty. That was his professional advice. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me no it was not covered because I am the second homeowner. Yet the plumber told my national home warranty incorrect information and because of that my home warranty claim was denied and it cost me money. Fine. But I reached out to them and ask them to correct their mistake and to call my home warranty company and let them know the truth. The truth being that the product failed and it was covered under the home warranty and that the home warranty would replace it at the warranty cost. But the problem lies in the fact that the company never responded to five of our phone calls and two of our emails. The company completely ignored any of our communication with them. It is very frustrating that we did everything right we are new homeowners the problem was covered under the home warranty but because of the plumber we lost out on our home warranty claim. His company is doing damage to the community by not communicating the proper information and following up with homeowners.

This was a Warranty service call on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. My first impression was the service man was nice and he seemed to know what he was doing. But the next morning when I ran the water in my sink water ran all everywhere underneath my sink. When we left messages regarding the problem they had no since of urgency to come and fix it. I would beware if you use this Plummer. Poor customer service!

Okay, where do I begin? I really wish ""zero stars"" was an option. So many negatives about this company- literally from beginning to end. My husband and I noticed a small indication of a leak in our home (bubbling ceiling) and immediately notified our home warranty of the issue. To initiate the inspection, they referred us to a third party plumbing company, Judieh Plumbing. We soon got in touch with Mo, the so-called owner of the company who agreed to come out to inspect the leak. As soon as he walked into our home, he quickly ""assessed"" the problem and within the first 2 minutes, he concluded that the leak was somehow coming from the upstairs shower, which is opposite of where the initial damage was. Mo immediately suggested that extensive repairs would need to be done in order to resolve the problem, which entailed renovating our entire shower and therefore, being forced to submit a claim with our insurance company. He even tried to manipulate us into conveying false information to our Claims Adjuster. Mo even went as far as trying to coach us on what to tell our insurance verbatim. This was definitely a red flag! Long story short, Mo cut several large holes into our ceiling and misdiagnosed the problem altogether! This could have all been alleviated; but for whatever reason, he was confident that the leak was resulting from shower damage. He later agreed that he should have started the project where the damages were. Instead, he opened up 4 huge holes in the wrong area that contained NO leakage/damages whatsoever. I will NEVER deal with the company again!! I strongly recommend anyone else to do your research before pursuing business with them. Though the company is licensed, they are obviously very inexperienced and honestly, it seems that they are out to scam and gain extra money via insurance claims. Most terrible experience ever!

Referred to them by Fidelity Home Warranty because I had water seeping up from under the floorboards and I had to turn off my water. Their guy was here for less than a minute. He said he smelled mold and that I needed to call a restoration company before he could work. Then he called Fidelity and told them he was having trouble breathing and that my house was full of flies. I know my house isn't spotless, but claiming it was a health hazard is ludicrous. Don't know what their deal is, but I think they like collecting paychecks more than they like actual work.
