Hassan at Judieh plumbing recently came out to my home to repair a broken faucet. This was the 2nd time he was assigned to repair a plumbing issue. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, insightful, and extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain things and provided me full understanding. Really appreciate his communication and work style. I highly recommend Judieh Plumbing.

I had another clog (this time neither bathroom was usable). The home warranty (horrible to work with), sent Judeiha back out and this time Manuel Silva came.

I knew the warranty wouldn't cover the clean out without the toilet removed (since we have no exterior floor level clean outs) so I removed the toilet before Manuel arrived.

Manuel showed on time and was very kind, even with my level of frustration with the home warranty (nothing at all to do with Judeiha) and being without a toilet for 27 hours.

He warned me that the snake could make a mess, so I was prepared to cleanup to make it easier on him and to keep the house as clean as possible.

I'm very pleased with the kindness of the two plumbers Judeiha has sent me.

Horrible customer service. We have Fidelity Home Warranty and they contracted with this plumbing co. The woman from the dispatch office has terrible customer service skills. She was very unfriendly and hasn't bothered to let us know when the tech will be back to repair our kitchen sink. Our call was placed on tues morning with a call back on wed, thurs window of 4-6pm to repair. He couldn't fix it thurs night so he would be back fri and the office would call in the morning between 9-10am to let us know what time. At 2pm the same woman calls to tell me he won't be back until next Tuesday. WHAT?! She goes on to tell me he's completely booked. How did we go from, ""I'll be back tomorrow."" to he won't be back for 4 more days? I definitely will never use this company again.

Wasn't happy with the warranty company. The plumber could have been a little more helpful. I thought there pricing was high.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!

We discovered a leak coming into our kitchen ceiling from upstairs, which lead us to call our home warranty to get it checked out. Fidelity is our Home Insurance provider who ungratefully chose this so called "" Company"" to investigate and potentially fix this problem. HOW IN GODS NAME, IS THIS PLACE EVEN LISTED!!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE WE ENCOUNTERED!

From the first time they came out to detect the problem, THEY were the the main problem. It was clearly leaking from our ceiling, because it was wet -so wet it created a little hole in our ceiling. They cut open the ceiling to further investigate, only to tell us there was no leak....REALLY??? No, were just flippen crazy and are seeing stuff! They then said they would wait to see if it actually leaked, sure enough they finally saw it was leaking!!! They said they would have to schedule another time to come out and ""FIX"" it. We scheduled that time. They "" glued"" the crack and said it should be fixed. They said we would have to leave the huge hole they created in our ceiling for 7 days to see if it continues leaking. Within the next day, there was another puddle on our refrigerator. So they have to reschedule another time to come out. The day they scheduled it was on a working day for my husband and I, but thankfully his mother was able to come to our house and wait while they do the repairs. They said they would come between 2 and 4 - they didn't show up until 4:30. As soon as I walked into the door from work close to 5, I could see the look of fear in my mother in laws eye's as she was in shock of the 'work' he was doing. they didn't even take proper precaution with covering up stuff in our kitchen to prevent a mes...nothing!! Needless to say, the place was already a huge mess. The hole time he was "" repairing"" it didn't seem like he had a clue what he was doing. He didn't even turn off the water! Hence, the reason the water was leaking even more!! And, when I asked him what was going on (HE COULD BARELY SPEAK ANY ENGLISH), he gave me a complete attitude!! Really, this bitch is in my house destroying stuff, attempting to fix it and giving ME an attitude!! Come to find out, he did't know what he was doing, he had to call another guy to come out who ended up finally fixing it hours later. He half ass cleaned up the mess that he created, and left us with a demolished filthy kitchen leaving me hours to clean it up.

Needless to say, I filed a complaint with Fidelity and hope to God, anyone who read's this review as well as the other horrible reviews, will do what they can to STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, SO CALLED COMPANY, MY ASS!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Stay AWAY!!! There is no senior level support at their facility to assist you with questions or concerns. The ""customer service"" (if I could call her that) individual hung up on me when I asked them about their poor yelp rating.

I was only planning to work with this company because Fidelity National Home Warranty setup the contract. Canceled once I started dealing with them and the technician said he was going to need to rip my wall out to replace a valve stem! NO WAY. Don't pay anything to these guys.

STAY AWAY!!

Zero star ,I have a Fidelity National Home Warranty, and had ,have issue with faucet on my bathroom, they came ,got $65 from me to get authorization from home warranty to replace the faucet, after 11 days still have not heard from them, after calling them over and over ,I found out they already charged the home warranty for replacing the faucet and job is done, which they have not even came back to my home, She told me they cannt find my paper work for past 11 days. their way of cheating customers is to say we lost your paper work.Customer service or the lady behind the phone is very rude, Had no clue about anything and finally when I asked for explanations ,she hang up the phone on me. when I call back ,they don't even answer the phone. And even when you ask to speak to the owner or manager they will not connect you . So if you like to through your money ion garbage and have lots of headache call this company , If not go with other company to get job done. This company is extremely unprofessional, Rude and they have no clue what they are doing. I didn't choose them home warranty did and I don't believe they will ever deal with this company again , so if you are smart you will not either.

I gave them at least a 2 star rating because the work performed was good. I only gave them a 2 star rating because they didn't do what they promised and didn't care if I was satisfied or not. It's as if leaving a happy customer for a little more effort, which they promised to do is the recurring problem with these guys.

These guys were sent by my home warranty company for water heater repair/replace. They determined it needed replacement however they had a long list of CA Codes to be upgraded, of which the home warranty does not cover, by the way. These upgrades were to the tune of many hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Judieh Plumbing worked with us to reduce costs which included us getting the city permit instead of them. I expressed my concern over liability if we got the permit to the Judieh Plumbing management. I was assured that they would fix anything the inspectors might find when they come out.

The installation went well, the workmanship looked good and the installer was friendly and seemed to really know what he was doing. Upon city inspection however, a drain line from the pan to an outdoor area needed to be installed as part of the code. This is when things changed with Judieh Plumbing. Either they didn't know the codes when they quoted the job or decided to cut corners on the job. Neither one is comforting. I called a couple times and didn't get call backs. I finally got the same installer to show up one evening to assess the issue.

That installer drilled a whole in the sub-floor for an exit pipe and installed a fitting in the pan. At some point he talked to their office and was told to leave it unfinished as it was going to take too long. When I asked, the installer said he was told to come in and do a quick 5 minute job and get out. (Isn't that a wonderful thought) I explained to him that when he gets back to the office he needs to tell them that I was promised it would be made right if it did not pass code.

I waited to hear back and finally called in again when I got no call back. I explained the situation and was told the owner would call me back as he was not in. I waited a couple days with no call back and so I called them again. I was told that the owner wanted to come out and look at it to see it and they offered a date the following week. I told them I didn't want to take more time off work to have them look again to tell me no, or that they would charge me more. I asked them to have the owner call me so we could talk about it. I never got a call. This seems to be a common thread for these guys.

Thinking if I ever did get them out to finish the job, it was likely going to be a half a** effort with sloppy workmanship where the pipe exits the house. I finally got frustrated and did the job myself. We called out the inspector and it passed the final approval. To this day, I never got a follow up call or anything. They have no idea if I got the job completed or not and they clearly don't care one bit. I'm sure they are happy that they got away with it. That is until I came through with my promises to notify Yelp and my home insurance company. Their reputation here is of no concern to them. Just know what you are dealing with and can expect with these guys before hiring or negotiating.

The customer service was beyond unacceptable. I was assigned them through American Home Shield Home Warranty. I called to set up the appointment and they couldn't find my paperwork and I was told they would call back. 24 hours and no call. I called again. No one picked up so I left a message requesting a call back and to set up a time for them to come out. 24 hours and no call AGAIN. I called a third time and they did set up the appointment for today between 2 and 4. There was no apology for never calling. The woman on the phone did blame her associate for not calling me back but no ""I'm sorry this has happened."" I waited until 3:30 today and called to find out when the technician might be coming as I had requested a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival and we were approaching the end of the service window. She informed me that he was probably running late, but would should be there by 4, maybe a little after and he would call. At 4:30 I called back and was told that she would try to get another technician out. She called back at 5 saying she spoke to her supervisor and the same technician would be there shortly. It's almost 6 and there has been no call nor has the technician come to my house. At no time during all of these problems and mistakes by the company did they say make an apology. I finally said that to them and after a snide response I got ""I'm very sorry."" I will not be using them again.

UPDATE:
I just spoke to the technician who was coming after being 2 hours late and informed him that I want to cancel service with they're company due to all the problems. His response was, ""I'm sorry the world isn't perfect."" Unbelievable.
