Fred B.They do not return phone calls after numerous phone calls and text messages. Not worth the effect to call.
Tyler M.This business was very easy to work with. They were able plan with me for dates and times I would be available. They also sent me text message updates during each step of the way. They were very responsive and professional. The day they came out their employee, Roman, was very polite and professional. He immediately diagnosed the issues and fixed it the same day. He also provided me additional information that would help me out in the future.
Thanks Judieh Plumbing!
Plumber came out on a warranty call to a senior park for my mom. I feel they tried to scam her out of thousands of dollars and avoid doing the repairs through the warranty company. They said her toilet needed to be replaced due to the pressure coming into her home and told her her pipes couple explode and needed the repairs asap. Due to their report the her claim was denied. We called a respectable plumber out to do the repairs and they came out and said the pressure was within the guidelines and the toilet was just older and needed to be repaired or replaced. They could have easily done the repairs but told us to contact the warranty company and they gave us a copy of their report. If this company wants to be part of the warranty program they need to be honest with the customer and warranty company they are providing service for. I would not trust this company to give an honest repair quote.
Mary K.I was obviously very concerned after reading all of these reviews but my experience with this company is all positive. Responsive, friendly and quality work. I have no complaints. Dominic did a great job, he worked hard and took time to explain everything along the way. I would ask for him personally in the future.
Shane G.Our home warranty dispatched this company to our home to replace a failed water heater. After Mo from Judieh performed the work, he left the area a mess! We had to clean up after he left, as he left parts from the old water heater laying around like it was tossed aside without intentions of cleaning up. He even left torn up pipe insulation in the water heater closet, which we found after checking his work. This guy surely didn't care as it showed in his work - what a disregard for leaving the area littered with remnant of a sloppy job.
Folasadé O.As a new homeowner, when our water heater failed and flooded our storage I was freaking out. We had a water heater company come out and couldn't figure out if the water heater was leaking or if the pipes in the wall had busted. Luckily my appliance warranty company had transferred the job to Judieh Plumbing to do a further assessment. It ended up being the water heater and they scheduled the job immediately and walked me through everything that needed to be done which made me feel good about being an oblivious homeowner. Mo was so nice and on time, we even shared a couple of laughs which made the experience even better. I got a great deal too. I'll most definitely be contracting them for future jobs.
These folks are not honest. Because the first guy did not do a good job, I asked my home warranty company to place a recall request. The guy who came is probably the owner of the company but he did no do anything. He kept bringing in the warranty company into the conversation. He first said he would call my warranty company and get back to me. Then, after I did not hear from him, I called him. Then, he said that I should call my warranty company and he would not. He said his name was Mo. The first visit was by a person named Hahn. Do not ever hire anyone from this company.
Colleen C.I found Judieh plumbing through my home warranty company. I've continued with them even after leaving my home warranty company. Hahn has alway been our person and I'm so thankful for his help. He has helped with clogged drains, detected a leaky toilet, installed the new toilet and bidet, diagnose a water hammer - But recently, he went way above and beyond when I called the company during a massive water leak. He arrived within 20 minutes. Found that my hot water heater failed and another leak outside, worked to verify that the hot water heater was covered under my warranty. Explained the not great news of a delay to install and I was confident he was trying his best. He gave me peace of mind so I could breath. Hahn has a can-do attitude that helps when I'm in the middle of a water crisis. He also explains things so I can understand what's happening and he goes above and beyond to make sure the task is complete.
Thanks Judieh plumbing for having such a great employee.
After reading some of the reviews below, I wanted to add that each time I call the company I leave a message and they get back to me quickly and they are so nice over the phone. I have never experienced experienced what is described below.
Dana was extremely rude right off the back. The home owners home insurance had pulled up this company for our plumbing issue. Our PM sent an email on Friday with their contact info and said we could contact them to set up an appointment. We called Friday, got their voice mail. Monday came, they left me voice mail with no contact info or appointment info. Just that my number was listed as the contact info and they'll send me a text. I received the text with an appointment time that unfortunately did not work for us. My husband tried to call to reschedule the appointment on Monday. Again, no answer only voice mail. I called again today (Tuesday) voice mail only again. And then I also replied to the text link that was sent. Finally I got a call back from Dana. Once I mentioned that we had tried to call multiple times. She rudely cut me off and very childish like stated, No you didnt, and went on not allowing me to continue to. After I asked her name, she told me Dana and said ""go ahead"" I don't know what she was trying to imply with that but it was in an aggressive challenging tone. This is no way to conduct business. She went on to tell me to let my PM know to contact another plumber, which I was doing so already. It's sad and unfortunate that small business would act is such a poor manner.
All in all very poor customer service
It's worst plumbing company that you can hire. Perhaps they have business only because of Home Warranty company. They look for ways in which NOT to cover the service by finding the loopholes and reject the claims. Perhaps win-win for both insurance company and them (as they don't have to do the job and get service fees anyways).
Snake and drain cleanout is covered by insurance. They came and didn't even snake the drain and told that it requires some cloueseout cleaning which is not covered. I called the independent plumber, he snaked and everything is good.
They cancelled our work order and wasted our time. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
What an unethical and incompetent company.
