Our main inlet water pipe burst one night due to the cold December weather. We made a couple calls the next morning to plumbers who could not accept the job just then, but Juan accepted the job in spite of being fairly booked that day. He sent someone out to assess the situation, and then arrived himself later with another partner. The 3 guys hustled to complete the job that day, which included a run to a supplier to get some hard to find parts. The job involved breaking up concrete in our driveway so we were worried it would cost a fortune, but he was very reasonable on the price. I asked many questions of his assistant Stefan, who was a wealth of information and did a craftsman like job on a tricky swing joint routing of new copper pipe. Both Juan and Stefan have 20-25 years each in the business. Finally, showing real pride in his work, Juan came back personally the next day (Saturday) to touch up the concrete patch after he suspected rain the night before might have messed up the not quite dry patch. The patch was not that bad, but he smoothed it up just perfect. Great job. I would definitely call him again, although I hope I don't have to!

I first called Juan when I had a question about ""drain flies"" and he was so courteous and helpful on the phone. He was patient and let me explain the problem. He was honest and let me know he could come out and take a look to see what he could do to help.

He promptly came out and checked out the problem and said he could probably just clean out the bathroom drains from the sink and not have to go under the house or anything (which would have been much more expensive)!

He was honest, professional, and fixed the problem completely!!

I highly recommend Juan for any plumbing problems you have!!

Juan is great. I had a plumbing leak under my house that was detected during a whole house inspection on a Friday afternoon. I called every plumber I could get a phone number for and Juan is the only one that was professional enough to call me back. He was not in town at the time, but he kept in contact with me all afternoon.

We made an appointment for Saturday morning (no extra charge for Sat) and he showed up promptly, did an inspection of the issue and provided me with a quote. Everything was completed by Sat. afternoon and I was able to turn on the water once again!

I texted Juan at 8:08 AM and he arrived and completed the job by 9:55 AM. I called Juan because the water line at our refrigerator was leaking. Juan promptly replaced the line with a steel flex line. Problem solved very quickly. My wife said Juan charged $180 for a 10 minute job. Maybe most of it was a service fee. I can't imagine a steel line would be that pricy. Outside of the price, the service was great and very fast.

I was very pleased with Juan's Plumbing. My sewer line had backed up. I called Juan in the morning. He was at a job in San Jose, but went out of his way to come by my home in the evening on his way home. Juan is a very hard worker and a very fast worker. He set up his roto-rooter and got to work right away. Within 20 minuted, the blockage was cleared. The price for his services were reasonable and I feel that Juan is an honest individual. I highly recommend Juan's Plumbing.
