Had an emergency back up and Juan had no problem coming out immediately on a Sunday to take care of it. He was very good at communicating when to expect his arrival. He was upfront on his costs for the emergency services since it was a Sunday. He was neat and tidy, didn't make any mess in my home. He worked very hard and was able to finally get to the clog that was causing the problem. I'm saving his number and will no doubt call him again for other plumbing problems.

Okay let me start off by saying I had an emerge- f******-gency one Friday afternoon. I called and texted Juan. He got back to me right away. An hour or so later, he showed up, calmed me down and proceeded to fix the problem. This guy is great. I wound up doing the pay per hour deal and he kind of let me help out in some spots, you know where I could, to save me a little bit of money which is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this guy, he's just a great human being and business owner. He even changed some of his personal plans on Saturday to help me out. He really took care of business and I can't thank him enough. I'm a guy that has been burned when people I don't know work on my stuff, but as soon as I met him, all worries were gone. I was super nervous about just randomly calling plumbers on a Friday but Juan showed up and he was our hero. Juan also warantees his work for one year. A few days after the initial repair, I had a spot he fixed that started leaking, stuff happens no BFD. He promptly returned and addressed the issue. He told me no charge, I still paid him because he is worth every penny and so much more.

To Yelp I went in search of someone to help us. I found 3 likely candidates, called the first which was Juan's. The result, he came over about 90 minutes later, looked at our issue and gave me a quote. He arrived the next morning, was very pleasant, removed our old unit, cleaned everything up, installed a really great unit (I checked and it is HIGHLY rate) did some beautiful plumbing and pipe work with Copper and finished by mid afternoon. Fantastic work and service and positive attitude from a very nice man with reasonable prices and first rate work. We will use Juan's in the future as we trust him and know his work is first rate. Hire with confidence!

Fast and excellent service! We had an emergency today where our bathtub water faucet wouldn't shut off. Juan was the only plumber that answered the phone and came in an hour. He was able to figure out what was wrong quickly and got the replacement part locally. He was cordial provided advice on what our next steps should be. Juan replaced our water heater and helped us out with our pressure regulator and changing the carbon media in the whole-house water filter. He drove further than usual to help us out because we had been his customer before. That was very nice of him.
