I sent a message through Yelp to Juan on a Sunday, he came that day even though he wasn't working other jobs and started helping me figure out significant water pressure issues throughout my home. He ended up needing to come back on Monday to descale our tankless water heater and replace corroded piping leading into the water heater; he did a very thorough job checking all fixtures and keeping me informed of his assessments along the way.

Juan was personable and knowledgeable, and I never got the sense that he was trying to sell work that did not need to be done. He ultimately helped us figure out that our issues were related to our water heater and our filtration system, which badly needed to be serviced. All issues are resolved now and I would definitely contact Juan again for future plumbing issues!

Awesome service!!! I called him about 10 PM on a Sunday night he explained over the phone what the problem could be, very helpful. He give me a price quote over the phone he came right over and fix the problem I was having overall Awesome service!!!!!!!

Quick response, very knowledgeable and extremely polite. Great communication via text was a huge plus for me! Of course our water heater would leak on a holiday. My husband searched yelp and first pick was Juan Plumbing based on all the awesome reviews. We were not disappointed! He prefers pictures of the problem and can usually let you know what he thinks will fix it and give you a quote. Based on our pictures he suggested a new unit but because of the leak he decided he would stop by just to make sure. 30 mins later he was at our home reassuring us he could fix it the next day! Reasonable pricing, clean and quick!
Your water heater is definitely one of those things you take for granted, so happy Juan got it up and running quickly! Our family of 5 appreciates the terrific timely work! Thanks again Juan! Had an emergency back up and Juan had no problem coming out immediately on a Sunday to take care of it. He was very good at communicating when to expect his arrival. He was upfront on his costs for the emergency services since it was a Sunday. He was neat and tidy, didn't make any mess in my home. He worked very hard and was able to finally get to the clog that was causing the problem. I'm saving his number and will no doubt call him again for other plumbing problems.

Okay let me start off by saying I had an emerge- f******-gency one Friday afternoon. I called and texted Juan. He got back to me right away. An hour or so later, he showed up, calmed me down and proceeded to fix the problem. This guy is great. I wound up doing the pay per hour deal and he kind of let me help out in some spots, you know where I could, to save me a little bit of money which is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this guy, he's just a great human being and business owner. He even changed some of his personal plans on Saturday to help me out. He really took care of business and I can't thank him enough. I'm a guy that has been burned when people I don't know work on my stuff, but as soon as I met him, all worries were gone. I was super nervous about just randomly calling plumbers on a Friday but Juan showed up and he was our hero. Juan also warantees his work for one year. A few days after the initial repair, I had a spot he fixed that started leaking, stuff happens no BFD. He promptly returned and addressed the issue. He told me no charge, I still paid him because he is worth every penny and so much more.
