To Yelp I went in search of someone to help us. I found 3 likely candidates, called the first which was Juan's. The result, he came over about 90 minutes later, looked at our issue and gave me a quote. He arrived the next morning, was very pleasant, removed our old unit, cleaned everything up, installed a really great unit (I checked and it is HIGHLY rate) did some beautiful plumbing and pipe work with Copper and finished by mid afternoon. Fantastic work and service and positive attitude from a very nice man with reasonable prices and first rate work. We will use Juan's in the future as we trust him and know his work is first rate. Hire with confidence!

Fast and excellent service! We had an emergency today where our bathtub water faucet wouldn't shut off. Juan was the only plumber that answered the phone and came in an hour. I think that this is the fourth time that I called Juan for plumbing-related services, and he has yet to disappoint. This time, we gave him a challenge in that we needed our Toto washlet replaced with a new unit, because the one we had installed about 15 years ago gave up the ghost (it's nozzle started to drip, and Toto told us that there was no way to fix it). I was a bit surprised that he hadn't installed a washlet before, but he installed it like a pro. Thank you, Juan!
