I have used Juan before. Something has changed. He came out to fix a 1 foot piece pvc pipe out of my water main. I pointed it out to him (no troubleshooting required) it took him 1 hour, maybe 1.5 being generous. He said the price was $620! I thought he was joking at first. I asked him 3 times if he was serious. I begrudgingly paid him. I find it difficult to believe the small operation out of the back of a van can charge 600 bucks an hour. I will have to think hard if I ever use him again.

Our toilet was stopped up. He showed up at 4 o'clock and stayed until 6 o'clock. The blockage was out near the street and further out then his 50 foot snake. Being very resourceful, he went and rented 100 foot snake from Home depot . He came back and cleared out the blockage. Then he returned the snake to Home depot and then came back for payment. The bill was very reasonable based on two people working that long and renting the snake. I highly recommend them based on quality and affordability.

Was Trying to get a quote to fix a leaking valve for fireplace . Could not get any pricing , Guy said he needed to open the wall first to estimate the work but did not say how much he will charge for that . (Usualy good pros will charge a reasonable fée to come and do the estimate that they will déduct from your bill if they do the work).
Seems to me he did not need business :) so i found somebody else way more responsive and transparent

I had a appointment today, and it was wonderful!! He arrived early, which was very professional, and courteous. He started and soon discovered that it I was
going to have to modify my plans. He explain the different options and the price points without me feeling any type of pressure or upselling. Honestly it was a bit more then originally estimated, but I feel really good about choosing him to do the installation. Would defiantly use again and highly recommend.

I had issues with my garbage disposal leaking all of a sudden late at night and although it wasn't a total emergency, Juan responded within 5 minutes. He was able to schedule an appt the very next morning, came on time, and diagnosed the issue. He had to replace the garbage disposal. He left to purchase the new one and replaced it and tested everything to ensure it worked. He even was able to clear the hose of the air gap for my dishwasher to ensure it would drain into the sink instead of draining into my counter, which has occurred twice already. He explained how to register the new parts and finished quickly. Very friendly and would hire him again.

Found Juan via yelp. He was very easy to schedule an appointment with. I needed him to install a new kitchen faucet that I had purchased. He came on time with a colleague. He immediately took a look and gave me a fair price. The area that he had to work with was very tight and difficult to get to. He had to get crafty to remove the old and install the new faucet. After an hour or so he finally got it all done and it looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with his work and straight forward no nonsense approach. He highly recommend his services and expertise.
