We called Juan on a Sunday afternoon because our main line was clogged up. We had no toilets or bathroom showers. Juan and his co-worker were here within 30 minutes! And it was a Sunday! They worked for about 2 hours to free the water lines. They were very successful! They were positive and very determined to get the line cleared successfully. Highly recommended. Nice guys!

We had a little emergency where we stopped getting hot water. Juan responded to our quote very quickly and came by the house within the hour!

I was most impressed with Juan's honesty and integrity. Other repair people would've quick to try and replace our water heater. Juan noted that it was a simple issue to fix and that our heater still had 5+ years of its life.

A family member unintentionally clogged our kitchen drain after ""throwing everything"" into the garbage disposal while preparing a meal. Juan was one of the only contractors to reply with an instant quote estimate based on the details I provided, no unnecessary back and forth. His final quote was ~20% higher than the initial due to extra work he needed to perform, but he and his helper were in and out in less than 30 minutes, and my drains are back to full functionality. Juan is professional, courteous, and reliable.

We requested services for a faucet installation. Turns out we order the wrong model. Juan waited for us to run to the store and get a new faucet to install. He really didn't have to wait, so of course we left him a tip. Never once did he complain or make it seem like we were taking up his time (which we were). Felt very comfortable asking him questions about the problems and he gave both clear explanations and proposed various solutions. Would highly recommend.

My bathtub had a leaking faucet, so I decided I would replace the shower cartridge myself. It had a very old shower valve and cartridge that was completely corroded and couldn't be removed. Being Valentine's Day it was extremely stressful not having a working shower, especially late at night. When I went to Yelp to get quotes, Juan responded immediately, gave me the most reasonable quote of all that responded, and showed up the next morning to fix everything for me. He did an amazing job completely replacing my valve and putting in a more modern one and was minimally invasive in his process. I will definitely reach out to him for future plumbing needs!

This is the second time I hired Juan's plumbing and this time was about fixing the popping sound in my water heater by flushing it multiple times.
Juan's is the most affordable one I could find on Yelp. They came on time early in the morning. They were polite and friendly. It went smooth and did fix my problem. They also noticed and fixed a leak without extra charge. I am very grateful for that.
