Scott is the best! I recently moved into a house in Vallejo that had a loose toilet and the home inspector said that it was possible that it could be caused by some kind of damage under the toilet. Another plumber quoted me up to 450.00 for fixing whatever was wrong without even checking under the toilet. Scott assured me that it wouldn't cost anywhere near 450 to fix and in fact quoted me 135. He not only fixed the loose toilet, replaced the missing/broken parts but also took the time to walk around the rest of the house with me and explain what I could do myself to troubleshoot problems in the future. As a first time home owner, you have no idea how relieved I was to get this walk through. He showed me our water main. How to cut off the water in an emergency. He told me about the temperamental water heater brand that we have that is prone to having the pilot light go out and suggested solutions that would be easy for us to do ourselves. He even checked our sump pump and explained how it works and how to check it.

We talked about how I was drawn to call his company because it used to be called Christian plumbing and he told me a heartwarming story about how his employer runs the business without trying to overcharge customers. For $135.00 I got a lot of helpful information, my toilet got fixed and I got a heartwarming story. Sounds like a great deal to me. My husband and I agreed that if we have any plumbing issues in the future we will definitely be calling these guys!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

JR's plumbing was called to give an estimate to repair a leak in the bathroom of a shop space in an industrial building. After he looked at the project he gave an estimate of $250. To $350. I agreed to this price.
When I received the invoice it was for $$860. When I questioned the difference in price, he said he had to remove the toilet twice to open the wall and was going to have to do it again after the drywall was repaired (he had recommended a contractor to repair the drywall who not yet done the work) and there was a flat charge of $120.00. Each time. So even after accounting for the ridiculous charge of $360 for ""toilet removal"" the bill was still double the original estimate.

I had a Sunday emergency-black sludge coming out of my laundry room floor drain. Most plumbers were closed. JR's was open and a real person answered not a recording. The scheduled their response time and showed up within the timing. The plumber was courteous, friendly and efficient. Snaked my main sewer line and my laundry room drain. He fid a fantastic job and the price was good not ridiculously high. I'll use them from now. Highly recommend.

I just had Scott leave after such an amazing job well done. Jr.'s Plumbing and Drain really saved me from a disaster. I had a flood and a contractor that couldn't resolve the issue so I call Jr.'s and they came out so quickly and solved all my problems. I really can't thank Scott enough for how helpful and reassuring he was throughout the process. He was so diligent and made sure he resolved my problem. I think Jr.'s is reasonably priced and well worth getting that reassurance that the job was done correctly. It's really hard to know who to trust out there and I am so grateful that I found a reliable plumber

This past Monday evening a pinhole leak started on the cold water line near the water heater. I called JR's Plumbing that evening and around noonish the next day Scott showed up and informed me what was needed. After getting the parts, Scott had our water back on real quickly.

In addition to fixing our leaking pipe Scott gave me a great idea on repairing a snapped flag pole that had been laying in my yard for many months. Rather than getting someone to weld the pole, Scott suggested that I insert a smaller pipe into the flag pole. With that suggestion I was able to insert a 10 foot electric pipe and once again I had my second flag pole up. Thanks for the idea Scott!

From the great customer service that was given on the phone, and just coming out within an hour you can tell it was going to be a easy process. I called them around 10 am and they arrived around 11am. From the 3 other quotes I received jr plumbing was way more affordable. The plumber arrived he looked at the problem got it fixed and he was on his way. I'm so glad I looked at yelp and just seen the good ratings which made it even more easier. Thanks guys

My garbage disposal stopped working and my sink wouldn't drain. I called JR's Plumbing and Draining and the friendly service rep dispatched Cedric to my home within a few hours.

Cedric was courteous, professional and very thorough. He repaired my disposal and unclogged my sink within 20-30 minutes. He also checked for any possible leaks or other plumbing issues.

This is my second time using JR's and once again they provided top notch quality service at a fair and affordable rate.

So happy I discovered JRs plumbing and drain, a local company. My water heater went out suddenly so I started researching companies. JRs came up with high star reviews so I gave them a call at 8 PM to schedule the next day. Scott, the plumber showed up right on time if not 30 minutes early which was fine by us. We considered repairing vs replacing but after Scott informed us of the pros and cons of each, we decided to replace our 14 year old water heater. Scott was able to start immediately and the job was completed within 2.5 hrs. Scott is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and worked covid safe with a mask the entire time in this heat. So happy with our decision to use JRs. We now have a top of the line water heater up to code. I highly recommend them!
