They could not fix my problem; so, why the 5 star?... because of the professionalism and people skills of the tech. I believe his name was Scott, but i assure you he will remember me because of the situation.

It was a rainy day, my main sewage drain line backed up and i was calling everyone that i could find to come snake the line for me.... Scott (i think) was the only person that actually came out. He showed up, to the unincorporated/county section of Glen Cove, and despite the rain, said ""let's take care of your drain and get you flowing again"" (or something to that effect).

Long story short, in his effort to fix my problem, he broke his new 300 dollar cable and was SOL because my line was collapsed; essentially, he had wasted his time for nothing as he could not snake my line.

Ultimately, it became apparent that someone at the office misquoted me for the price of the job, and despite this, Scott (or the tech, if it was not a scott) was super courteous and respectful.

Super kudos to this tech. He deserves a raise! Seriously! Even though he didn't fix my problem, i will never call another plumber besides him, and I will refer him to all of my friends and family for every plumbing issue that reveals itself!

Great job man! If your bosses are reading this, print this and save it in his file for his next review; ALL YOUR TECHS SHOULD ASPIRE TO BE LIKE THIS TECH!

I had a clogged drain on a Sunday. I had called Roto-rip off and they were going to charge $200 just to come out. These guys came out and charged half that price.

You do not want to use these plumbers they are dishonest. We had them do a shower install. I paid them a little in advance because I was going out of town. They took the money but never returned to complete the final caulk. Now they will not return our phone calls. They also installed a shower with silver fixtures when the rest of the bathroom was in gold fixtures! Now I will have to get in another plumber to complete the job!

Great job and good service! My technician was Scott. He was on-time, knowledgeable, courteous, and definitely puts the customer first. I thought the pricing was very fair and transparent. I highly recommend and will use them again on future plumbing projects.

I called Christian Plumbing to remedy an issue at my parents' house in American Canyon. I was not there, but my father was home while they worked on the problem. I called Christian Plumbing the weekend prior to the Napa Earthquake for a consultation regarding a Water Hammering problem within the pipes. Randy came out to check the problem, tightened some faucets, spend around 2 hours at my house. He determined that the Pressure Valve needed to be replaced and Randy left and told us he will get back to us with a price to install the Valve.

The Earthquake hit Napa.

No word after a week had passed and I thought he must be busy with people who have more urgent problems. I waited another week and finally called Randy who told me yes they were busy but would make it a point to attach a note in his truck to get back to me in a day or so.

As of today, weeks later, never received a call or any sign of life. Randy seemed sincere and very knowledgeable. What a shame...

With my mom owning her own home, I have seen things break, break fall apart, pipes bust, the whole nine. Everyone that she has gone too has always tried to charge an arm and a leg, including family members AND THE WORK WAS NEVER SUFFICIENT!
Long story short, Christian Plumbing came through with excellent service, including not charging an arm and a leg! I LIKE SO RECOMMEND THEM!

I googled ""vallejo plumbing"" and their yelp link was at the top. I called Sunday at 10pm and Derrick and his partner came at 11pm. Had to snake the main line on the roof. They did a very thorough job as they just left at 1am. Very happy. Very relieved. Super thankful for an awesome local business in our area. Millions of thanks Christian plumbing! (Esp for not charging an arm and leg!)

My initial call was answered after hours on a weekend and I had an appointment set immediately. Then Brandon called that morning to confirm and give me a firm ETA for arrival at my home.

Scott arrived and set right to work solving three problems in an hour with great politeness and full explanations of what he was fixing and why.

The price of the service was very fair. I was treated with politeness and respect. The repairs were good. What more could a customer want. I highly recommend Christian.
