I needed installation of some dishwashers in my rental units and got a quick response from the JPZ team. upon start of the realized the depth of the cabinet space was not sufficient and they recommended an economical solution. They stayed and guaranteed the job was completed even when issues came up in removal or procurement of material. They were dedicated to completing the job on time and meeting my needs. Prior to contacting Jaime and Priscilla, I had bad experiences with different handymen which resulting in one headache after another. I decided to go in a different direction by searching through Yelp which resulted in trying out JPZ Property Services. I am glad I did because they have completed numerous repair and replacement projects for our rental property. Highly recommend JPZ!! Quick to respond with a reasonable price for all the work we had them do in our home for a beautiful update! They were communicative, professional, & on time! We had them remove our wall/niche to open up our space, they did an amazing job making it flush with the wall as well as matching our paint perfectly. Now, You wouldn't even know it was there before! We also had them paint our existing oak color kitchen cabinets White, as well as extending new lower cabinets under our window. They matched them up great & installed all our new kitchen hardware! I even requested if they could add a hidden trash pull drawer for me in one of the cabinets, & they certainly did! They worked VERY VERY hard on our kitchen to make sure we were pleased with the overall results. Made us feel comfortable to ask to fix any imperfections we may have noticed in the end. Priscilla also did an amazing clean up on our kitchen after the job was complete! Overall extremely happy with their service no complaints here! We will absolutely be calling them for all our future home renovations as well as the other services they offer! Thank you so much JPZ, we will see you at our next project!!!

P.s. I have a shy 8 month old baby, & they all put the biggest smile on her face within seconds of seeing each other! I think That says a lot about their natural presence, & how family oriented they are. Thank you again.

I contacted JPz to replace 2 three hole faucets in my bathroom. They provided me with a fair estimate through Yelp. I bought the replacement faucets. Priscilla was able to schedule my appointment with no problem. The communication was impeccable and I was kept aware of my appointment and I requested 10 minutes notice before arrival. Jaime and Juan arrived on schedule and advised me what would be needed to prevent a future costly incident. I also requested an estimate with my clothes dryer and a gas smell. Jaime checked it out and gave me an estimate. They not only replaced my faucets, they replaced my valves and hoses. They also cleaned my dryer vents checked for a gas leak and replaced the tubing from the dryer to the vent. There was so much junk in the vents almost to the point of clogging them which could have been disastrous. Jaime also checked the psi of the water flow, which was double the pressure that it should have been and adjusted it for me. Jaime walked me through all of his work and triple checked that everything was fine before accepting payment. I am so impressed with their work ethic, communication, friendliness and honesty and will definitely call them for any future projects.

I would not recommend this company! I called on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to a lady who told me to text what I would like done and pictures. I immediately texted pictures listing what I would like done. I got a response text saying they would reply momentarily. Being it was Saturday afternoon I didn't expect to hear from them until Monday. However, Monday no phone call from them. I left two messages. I called and left another message Tuesday morning. I received a text back with a quote of $200 to mount my TV to the stand to start with! (I have the hardware) Ridiculous!

I recently had them out for a last minute job installing laminate flooring in one bedroom. It was a last-minute surprise for my parents and they were able to complete in one full day! Staff was extremely hard-working, and honest. I will be using them again to fix some molding and do another bedroom. I will add more photos next time, but the job was seamless, all of the corners and the molding near the doors, and the closet look phenomenal!
