I would not recommend this company! I called on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to a lady who told me to text what I would like done and pictures. I immediately texted pictures listing what I would like done. I got a response text saying they would reply momentarily. Being it was Saturday afternoon I didn't expect to hear from them until Monday. However, Monday no phone call from them. I left two messages. I called and left another message Tuesday morning. I received a text back with a quote of $200 to mount my TV to the stand to start with! (I have the hardware) Ridiculous!

I recently had them out for a last minute job installing laminate flooring in one bedroom. It was a last-minute surprise for my parents and they were able to complete in one full day! Staff was extremely hard-working, and honest. I will be using them again to fix some molding and do another bedroom. I will add more photos next time, but the job was seamless, all of the corners and the molding near the doors, and the closet look phenomenal!

Great team to work with on painting our wooden fence around our backyard. Very helpful in understand the differences in paints and stains. Very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job!

Had an emergency of a gas water heater no longer working at a Palmdale property. JPZ took the service call and replaced it with excellent work the next day. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you JPZ!

Loved the professionalism, organization and work by JPZ Property service. Priscilla was thorough, explained what was needed to complete project and provided a timeline. All was done to A+ satisfaction and on-time. I highly recommend Priscilla and her team for drywall - they did an awesome job!!!

Fantastic service and even better people. I had them install a new vanity and sink for me in a tiny bathroom. They came over and gave a good estimate price, and were able to go and buy all the materials I wanted for me. They came back and did the job in a relatively short time. They were efficient and also very respectful of me and my home (and my cats!). Incredibly friendly people, who were also just pleasant to talk to. At the end of the job, they went above and beyond and did a lot of cleaning up and really went the extra mile and did a bit of extra work that wasn't necessary for them to do. I was super appreciative of that and I will 100% be using them in the future for other jobs I have at my place. As much as I want them all to myself, I have to let everyone know how amazing they are and how happy you will be with their work. Five stars just isn't enough, in my humble opinion.

I really cannot say enough great things about JPZ. I was desperately searching for someone who could replace my bathroom vanity, which included uninstalling and inspecting old plumbing, removing and discarding the large/heavy old vanity from a tight space, and installing the new vanity and all new plumbing. One of the biggest issues I found as I searched for help was finding someone who could successfully do all of the above (handy work, repairs, plumbing) reliably for a fair price. I am SO glad I found JPZ!

Priscilla was fast at getting back to me, easy to communicate with and incredibly professional in confirming my appointment and providing a fair estimate. I knew I was dealing with professionals when she asked all the right questions to get a full sense of the project and ask.

The team showed up exactly on time and was just amazing from start to finish. They worked quietly and were incredibly clean and polite. As is inevitable with any home project, we ran into a few challenges when they discovered old plumbing issues and some space issues with the new vanity. They immediately had the answers, had all the tools to manage the issue, and quickly solved for the problem. I always felt comfortable that I was in great hands. Given that home projects can come with many surprises, I really admired that these guys knew what they were doing. Needless to say, my bathroom looks beautiful!

I am so glad that I found JPZ and will be calling them for any and all future home projects. I would not hesitate for a second to refer them.

Jaime and the guys at JPZ are awesome. They have done several jobs for me in the past and always take their time and make sure everything is done right. They did another great job again replacing my old bathroom vanity, replacing fixtures on my shower, re-tiling the walls, as well as installing a new shower/tub door. As always, JPZ has very reasonable prices and they leave the space spotless after they are done. They wore masks the entire time they were here...Give these guys a call if you have any projects around your house.

If we could give 10 stars we would. These guys are great. They were right on time, and not just once but from start to finish. I forgot about the appointment once and the guys had to wait out there for more then half an hour, and they still came out thereafter to help address the problems. My roof was leaking in two areas and I filed an insurance claim only to find out that Mercury insurance wasn't going to cover much, instead Mercury elected to pay thousands of dollars to ServPro to tarp the place and put up plastic curtains, and raised my premium. So I frantically searched Yelp to find credible companies that could complete the job affordable since Mercury wasn't going to do much to help me after collecting insurance premiums for so many years...so upset about this. I called many and only JPZ was responsible and reliable enough to come to our home so many times so they can locate the problem and fix it. I am happy to say that Jaime wife dad and friends completed the whole thing in a day and few hours for a fraction of the cost. We are so happy with the end product and with the attention to detail and the care they took to address the leaks. My husband and I are so very happy, we have children and a newborn at home and they took care not to get dust all over the place, also whipped down the furniture when the job was complete. We're so very happy to have found these guys. We will definitely reach out to them for future work.
