We've used Joslin plumbing on 3 occasions over the last 2 months. They replaced a part on our water heater, unstopped a toilet, and helped us locate a main waterline for our leaking refrigerator. Each time we called, they were able to come out the same day. They were very communicative and always called when the technician was 20 minutes from the site. They were very professional, knowledgeable and even educated us on where to locate important/emergency plumbing shutoffs since we had just purchased the house. Nathan waited patiently on the phone with me while I connected with our home owners warranty to get approval before the work was done so we could get reimbursed. We are so thankful to have found a reliable plumber and highly recommended them!

Justin from Joslin came out and replaced a broken toilet flange and PVC pipe (that I botched!). Not only did he do a great job with a more extensive than expected repair, but his price was fair and he was very professional. Will definitely call Joslin with any future plumbing needs.

Said we needed a new water heater they would order... waiting for 3 days no news. Called office was told unit was ordered and someone would contact me next day. Asked them to not call at 8 a.m. since husband was sick. They called at 8 a.m. and the gentleman very politely told me that they were too busy and did not want my business! I said I would never bother them again and I won't! No way to run a company.

called them to come fix a leaking shower. took them over a week to get a plumber to my house only to have him look at it and say he needed to order parts... then a week went by with nothing, so I called and they said the parts were back ordered (not sure when they were planning on telling me) but said they would be in a couple days later and they scheduled him to come out tuesday of the next week (this was Wednesday, and a week after the initial visit. Three weeks after my initial call.) Tuesday came and went.. nothing. no show and no call... then Wednesday, thursday and friday... nothing. So monday (nearly 4 weeks from my original call and have gotten NO updates or calls at all about any of it, and am told the same BS that it is back ordered and it will be in a couple days... I told them I might just need to call another plumber to which the lady said FINE! and hung up.
I will not be using them ever again AND not recommending them to anyone...
I had even scheduled a Heating service with them which I was going to cancel too, but she hung up on me too fast... so when (OR IF) they show up next week for that I will tell them that they wasted their time... just like they wasted mine for a MONTH!!!

After being ""stood up"" by another plumber, I called Joslin. Not only was I promised early service, I was called back within and hour and told that a plumber was on his way. I could only be there for just a few minutes, but my wife was so impressed with courtesy, diligence and competence. He bent over backward to see that our problem was solved and my wife was so impress with how nice he was. I regret that we did not remember his name but be assured we will call on Joslin for any future plumbing problems.

We called Joslin to repair our toilet which has a problem filling up the tank after it is flushed. We indicated the problem and the service man said it just needed an adjustment. He adjusted it and it worked for one day. My husband suggested it might be the mechanism but plumber did not think it needed replacing. We were charged $70. Two days later we called back and said the problem was not fixed and we felt that we should not be charged for another service call because the problem wasn't fixed originally when we were charged. That was not the case; we would be charged again. This is not right; the problem was not fixed. We will not call Joslin again and do not recommend this company.
