I had a water efficiency issue, on 2 year old toilets. Fortunately, """"Joshua Tree Plumbing"""" was able to fix the issues on both toilets for less than $130, the service took approximately one hour, so even if this was an easier fix, it was money well spent. The technician took extra time to ensure everything was running at 100% efficiency. My water bill has already reduced by approximately 25%, so this service will pay for itself within a few months. I called on a Friday and a plumber was sent on Monday, my issue was not urgent, yet Joshua still treated sent someone right away. The level of customer service was great and the guy sent, was looking to fix the problem without making unnecessary repairs. If I have plumbing issues in the future, this company is on my list.

We had an ongoing issue for months and just weren't able to take care of it financially. We finally had to take care of it and we were referred by others to Joshua Tree Plumbing. He kept out promptly and fixed the problem. Even wasn't as expensive as I expected - if I had known, I would have fixed it sooner. I definitely recommend him and if we (God forbid!) have more problems - we will call him again!

So I called and got a quote from this guy, a couple days later I called back to schedule the appointment. I scheduled it for two or three days in advance, the day of the appointment I drive an hour to my rental property to meet him, call them to ask where they are and they said oh we're not coming, you never gave us all of the information we needed. When I explained to him that I rearranged my life to meet him there and asked if anyone else could come out he said there's nothing we can do I don't have anyone to send out, and that it was my fault because I didn't provide the address, even though he had my cell phone number and we spoke on the phone multiple times- and texted. I did totally forget to provide him with the address, but they just went ahead and booked someone else in my time slot. I told him as a business owner its his job to follow up with clients, same as every other business does. The icing on the cake, he said """"ma'am, even if I did have anyone to send out I wouldn't because of the way you're speaking to me right now."""" Probably not the best thing to say to an angry customer (disclaimer I was angry because he was so rude and unprofessional!). Very inconsiderate of other people's time. Don't waste your time with them, find someone that will actually show up to your appointment.

This is perhaps the fourth time we used their service, each time deserving of a five star rating. The most recent job was the biggest we've had done, involved a complete re-pipe of well water treatment and pressure system as well as installation of new pressure relief valve and gauges. Each time guys were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgable...and the work is also VERY reasonably priced. They give attention to details, and never rush to get done quickly...the job is ALWAYS their priority. I'm thrilled to find that service companies such as this one still exist and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reputable and capable plumber.

have had Josh out a few times to install plumbing and just recently had Mike to do some emergency work. this is the best plumbing service i have ever had. both do great work and extremely reasonable pricing! cannot express how great this company is for plumbing related services.

Replaced leaking disposal for $450. This was on a Friday so we were charged $100 after hours service fee since he didn't finish till 5:35. Two stars since he fixed the problem, but deducted 3 stars since after checking with other plumbers, at his request, I found the cost to be about 30% to 50% lower. Josh is very nice, but this to me was excessive. He was at the house for 45 minutes replacing a $120 part. This work was done last Friday and now writing review since I've not heard back from him.

Our water heater died on us yesterday and today, before 11:00 AM, we have a lovely new one. That's how fast this company is. The owner/plumber showed up early.....that's right...EARLY for our appointment...oh and by the way...they didn't give us a window of """"we will be there anywhere between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM"""" we were given an actual arrival time of 9:00 AM and he was early! Sorry but I had no hot water so this was a big deal for me. He was very clean, professional and very personable. He got to work right away and got the job done quick. He left the area cleaner than when he started and even upgraded some things for us and included it as part of the installation. The price I paid was the price that was quoted (which was very reasonable and lower than some other quotes we had received). What a great experience...so much so we will definitely be calling this company again for some other jobs we have planned in the future. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing. Alright bye you guys I gotta go take a shower.

HOTTEST PLUMBERS I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! seriously, I thought I was being punked. I'm still questioning if those two guys were real.... As for business, which was really hard to focus on, sweetest, nicest, hard-working guys. Got the job done swift and fast and managed to still smile while doing it. Don't even consider another service! Prices were fair, service was awesome and faith has been restored! I'll be sure to put something nicer on and do my hair before calling the next service man I need!! (Jokes aside, legit company. Great service.)

I had a water leak, I found Joshua Tree Pluming on the internet. I called them right after they opened, And told them my problem. They came out about hour, and explained what needed to be done to fix my water leak. In a short amount of time it was repaired. very happy with the job.
