Replaced leaking disposal for $450. This was on a Friday so we were charged $100 after hours service fee since he didn't finish till 5:35. Two stars since he fixed the problem, but deducted 3 stars since after checking with other plumbers, at his request, I found the cost to be about 30% to 50% lower. Josh is very nice, but this to me was excessive. He was at the house for 45 minutes replacing a $120 part. This work was done last Friday and now writing review since I've not heard back from him.

have had Josh out a few times to install plumbing and just recently had Mike to do some emergency work. this is the best plumbing service i have ever had. both do great work and extremely reasonable pricing! cannot express how great this company is for plumbing related services.

I had a water leak, I found Joshua Tree Pluming on the internet. I called them right after they opened, And told them my problem. They came out about hour, and explained what needed to be done to fix my water leak. In a short amount of time it was repaired. very happy with the job.

Professional, courteous, properly diagnosed the issue, and did a good job fast. Price was fair, and resolved my clogged toilet due to a tree root issue as fast as any plumber could. We woke up on July 4th , of all days, to find our garage flooded. Our water heater decided, of all days, to die. Holiday weekend, and all we thought of was """"this is going to cost us a fortune"""". We called Josh and he answered the phone! We told him what happened... He gave us a price, and we were floored! We told him Yes! Come on by. He showed up within an hour, exchanged the old one for a new one and within what seemed to be no time at all, we had a new water heater. He cleaned up after himself and took the old one with him. After we spoke to him, I was curious and called a few more plumbers in the area just to see what they would charge. Their prices were doubled what Josh was going to charge us! Of course because it was a holiday and maybe that's what they would have charged anyway. Long story short.... I would recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing every day of the week. Great guy, honest, and hard working. Don't call anyone else!!!

Our water heater died on us yesterday and today, before 11:00 AM, we have a lovely new one. That's how fast this company is. The owner/plumber showed up early.....that's right...EARLY for our appointment...oh and by the way...they didn't give us a window of """"we will be there anywhere between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM"""" we were given an actual arrival time of 9:00 AM and he was early! Sorry but I had no hot water so this was a big deal for me. He was very clean, professional and very personable. He got to work right away and got the job done quick. He left the area cleaner than when he started and even upgraded some things for us and included it as part of the installation. The price I paid was the price that was quoted (which was very reasonable and lower than some other quotes we had received). What a great experience...so much so we will definitely be calling this company again for some other jobs we have planned in the future. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing. Alright bye you guys I gotta go take a shower.

This is perhaps the fourth time we used their service, each time deserving of a five star rating. The most recent job was the biggest we've had done, involved a complete re-pipe of well water treatment and pressure system as well as installation of new pressure relief valve and gauges. Each time guys were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgable...and the work is also VERY reasonably priced. They give attention to details, and never rush to get done quickly...the job is ALWAYS their priority. I'm thrilled to find that service companies such as this one still exist and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reputable and capable plumber.

I had a water efficiency issue, on 2 year old toilets. Fortunately, """"Joshua Tree Plumbing"""" was able to fix the issues on both toilets for less than $130, the service took approximately one hour, so even if this was an easier fix, it was money well spent. The technician took extra time to ensure everything was running at 100% efficiency. My water bill has already reduced by approximately 25%, so this service will pay for itself within a few months. I called on a Friday and a plumber was sent on Monday, my issue was not urgent, yet Joshua still treated sent someone right away. The level of customer service was great and the guy sent, was looking to fix the problem without making unnecessary repairs. If I have plumbing issues in the future, this company is on my list.

My son had previously used this company so I called and had an appointment the next day. Joshua arrived on time. He immediately evaluated the drainage issue and gave me a written estimate of the job. He and Mike were able to start the job immediately. They are very professional, honest, and very clean. After all the dirt digging and drilling concrete you would never know any work had been done. They cleaned everything up and did a great job. I will always use this company in the future.
