Started using Jose's Complete Care for maintenance service last summer, and we have been very happy with their service. They are responsive and reasonably priced, and the two employees who come to our place, Luis and Felipe, have always done a great job every time they are here. If I ask for something specific to be done, they always make sure to have it done by at least the next service day if they can't do it the the day of. Definitely recommend them for regular lawn maintenance!

Jose has been taking care of my landscaping for many many years and they always done a great job, which is why I chose his company to redo my front lawn to a drought tolerant landscape. He was able to complete the process within a few weeks and it turned out just perfect for us. Thank you Jose and all your team !!

After using this service for a while, the quality has gone way down hill. The original agreement was for lawn care and complete landscape (shrubs, etc) maintenance weekly. They did the lawn care, but slowly stopped the landscaping care each week until It got to the point where the landscape wasn't touched for weeks. When I tried to get someone out to take care of the landscape, they made excuses about why they couldn't do it this week, ""but we'll do it next week."" Only to not have it happen.
Long story short, I'm looking for a new gardener that actually does what they agree to.

Jose and his crew have provided yard, irrigation, drainage, and tree service for my home in La Habra, above Whittier Blvd, for over 10 years. I'm always very pleased and highly recommend him, as he's on-time, thorough and my yard looks great, all the time, every time. He also is pro-active to anticipate lawn needs, such as increasing or decreasing water flows for change of season, and alerts me to pests or fertilizing needs and just does it without being asked. I have been using Jose's service for a year now and am so happy with their work. They do an amazing job and are very reliable. We had difficulty finding someone to maintain our hedge due to it's size. Jose was fast to reply to my inquiry and even came over the next morning to walk the property and give me a quote. The lawn and hedge are beautifully maintained and I highly recommend his service! I hosted a party this weekend and reached out to Jose, he contacted his team to make sure everything looked extra sharp, and it did!

Hired to fix a broken pipe underneath my lawn and also provide an assessment of our overall sprinkler system. I sent a message on Yelp and Jose was actually able to come out the same day, like literally within an hour, to take a look at things and give an estimate.

He went above and beyond in identifying issues with the system, provided a full explanation for where there were problems and what needed fixing, and gave a detailed breakdown of the charges that would be required.

When it came time to the actual work, he did exactly what he said he would with no 'fun' surprises or caveats regarding the quality of work. In terms of price, it felt like things were a smidge on the expensive side, but we got a lot of work done, and honestly, the fact that he made the process as hassle-free as possible was worth whatever few bucks I might have saved going with someone else.

Would definitely recommend and also will likely use again in the future.

We hired Jose and his crew to replace our grass in the front yard for AstroTurf. They also installed a new sprinkler system and red rocks in certain areas. Their work was professionally done and completed on schedule. We are very satisfied with the end results and recommend them for a job well done.

I recently moved to La Mirada, from a townhome in Anaheim - in Anaheim, I never had to think about my lawn because I didn't have one and the HOA took care of landscaping in our area. So, when our family moved into our home in La Mirada - lawn care became an immediate priority for us. I found Jose's Complete Care thru Yelp and reached out to him to get a quote for service on our lawn. That SAME DAY he sent over one of his colleagues to take a look at our lawn and do a quick assessment and Jose got me a VERY reasonable quote for our lawn care needs that same day. His team has been by several times now and they are always quick, thorough, AND willing to take on other lawn needs along the way. For example - we have some neighbors with a lot of bamboo and unfortunately, the bamboo has found it's way under our fence and into our backyard - Jose's team has been tackling the eradication of the encroaching plants week over week and doing a GREAT job. Next up is some drought resistant landscaping in our front yard to replace a baron section of our driveway belt. I'm looking forward to seeing what Jose and his team can do. I highly recommend reaching out to him should you need any gardening services - you won't be disappointed.
