There was a problem with miscommunication. He promptly return my phone call came out today .
He gave me an affordable estimate and did the lawn 2 hours later! That's what I call Five Star service. Jose is very professional really concerned about his business and strives for excellence.

Jose was prompt to answer my call to work on my leaking sprinkler system. He was able to come out and repaired my system within a short timeframe; costs was also very reasonable as well. When he finished the repair, he also analyzed my current timer setup and recommended I upgrade to an automatic timer, after installing the new timer it has saved me a great deal of time. I hired Jose to Install new grass on my lawn. His quote was reasonable and the complete install of sod and sprinklers took less than 2weeks. My lawn looks great and they also planted some flowers for me as well. It was great service and reasonably priced. They now maintain my lawn care. I would highly recommend Jose and his services.

Very unprofessional. Was in contact with him for 2 weeks trying to schedule something. The first week he cancelled because of an emergency, but promised to come the following weekend. Didn't even bother to show up for the job. I texted him and he claimed that he arrived at the property late and realized that he he didn't have enough time to do the job. Asked to give him one more week to come back?!? Don't even bother contacting him. Its a waste of time. There are lots of gardening companies that are professional and will show up on time to do the job.

He does not have caring professional gardeners for weekly maintenance. They practically ruined our beautiful landscape and slope. I decided to drop his service. After signing maintenance contract you will never see him again.

It is a terrible experience.
I hired them about 2 years, when Jose first time showed up at our property it was very professional, but that is all. After we start service they are doing a very bad job. I have to consistently call jose or message him over the past 2 years. He some time ignore, some times reply will fix next time, which they never did.

His employee was even rude, we tried to communicate, he was not listening anything at all keep the machine running when you try to talk. Every time they come about 5-10 minutes then go.

I recently switched over to Jose's complete care & it was the best decision ever. I'm very happy with their services. Jose truly cares about his business & so do his workers. They do a great job. This is your guy if you're looking for a new Gardner. You won't regret it.

My back yard had got a bit out of control to the point that it would have taken me my whole weekend to try and tame it. I called Jose's and Jose himself came out the next day, at the time he said he was going to come (really big for me), quoted me a very reasonable price. Told me he would have a guy here the very next day to take care of everything I was asking for.

When I got home the next day I couldn't have asked for a better product, everything I asked for was complete and done with a professional manner. I had my backyard back and couldn't be happier.

I just moved to a new home and was looking for someone to help me with my yard. I called Jose to come by and see if he could help me maintain the yard and possibly help with planting items for me.

He came by and we got to talking about different ways to decorate the yard. I mentioned that my automatic sprinkler system didn't work and he was happy to look at it. He said he could fix it in an hour and that he would be right back.

He went to the store, bought a panel and installed it Jose took the time to show me how to work the panel. Despite it taking a little longer than we thought, he still stuck it through and got it done.

I am planning to use him for future services with my yard, based on his knowledge and dedication to his line of work.
