good customer service! I inquired with Jose about our yard and he responded fairly quickly so i scheduled a date to do a quick walk through which was the very next day. based on his attentiveness as to what my husband And I wanted done on our lawn we decided to hire them to maintain our lawn and replace our grass. Jose is very professional and very responsive to any questions I had. would recommend them !

I hired him because he responded to my inquiry call within 30 minutes and gave a fair quote. We had his service for maybe six months and fired him for several reasons. One, he treated our weeds only once despite his promise to keep working at it til they were gone. Two, after I pampered the seedling flowers around my tree for weeks (planted as a tribute when my dad passed away), his guys mowed them all down with the grass one afternoon after they had fully bloomed. Three, they often left my back gate open, and my husky pups got out. Thankfully we caught them quickly but the owner barely apologized for any of the issues we experienced.

Jose responded quick for a estimate on a cracked sprinkler valve and came out the next morning. He does great quality work and knows what he's doing. He even re-wired my sprinkler system. Great service highly recommend!

Went on yelp to look for help and was not disappointed. My sprinkler valves have been giving me issues and as I repair one, the next one will give way and then the next one, then the next, it's like playing whack a mole. Found Jose's complete care gardening service, called him and a couple of hours later he's already here giving me a free estimate. To top it off, this happened on a saturday. Anyways, his price was fair and he came back two days later and my sprinkler problem is history.
I have attached before and after pics. You can see how crooked and cramped together the old valves were. Jose replaced everything and even added a shut-off valve.

He showed up at wrong house dais my yard was to big then told me i needed 2 guys for one day he wanted a whooping 2500.00 a day. Wow way of f the mark. Didn't care for his personality either. Would not recommend hiring him unless you have cash to burn.

Initially called his brother Roberts service, Jose comes gives us quote 180.00 says we have large yard, says he has this area and wants the business.
Discussed what I wanted, allow the grass to grow, St Augustine cannot be cut short to root!
He understands, agreement to maintain all trees and lawn, hedges, back yard included, all but red trees.
For $180.00 figured that was a lot of money, but we agreed: he or his second man that works directly with him would come out by 12:30 pm, then he said he would like to have his man come for start partial service, we needed to pay in advance for the month, nothing more than 2 green trash only, picked left in our containers.
I wanted to be sure he wasn't picking up men from Home Depot to do lawn) my husband confirmed is this part of 180.00 monthly service, we didn't want to be charged more. Gonzalez agreed, it was included.
The 180.00 month charge was high for us since we are on fixed income this was the most we had ever paid.
This verbal agreement with Gonzalez landscape was clearly stating no additional fees due, paying in advance with no balance forward.
Problems: follow up care, he nor his man didn't show, different people that did not speak English, I already had to contact him, his men didn't show until about 2 pm. Then after different people came at different times, they did not stay long did a lot of blowing.
His people did not know what we agreed on, they sometimes did not do any work to side or back yard as agreed with Gonzalez, when I called he stated tell them. That's not what I've paid for!So next visit these 2 men were he 20 min. Didn't do much, 2nd week mowed lawn, one man mowing the other directly behind him weed wacking! Tell me this did not kill our lawn! To short!
I called Gonzalez he said he always cuts high. How would he know what was done by his crew.
I didn't expect this type of service!
The bottom line here is what happened when we discontinued his service after 3 months.
His accounting was not accurate from the beginning, it never showed our payments (by check) I called the first time to notify we gave the check yo his helper, so we paid him last check for final payment after 3 months in mail. All checks were cashed, no payment due.
Then while we were on vacation 2 months after cancelled service we get several calls stating we owe him money! Calls would be considered harassment, no way to enjoy vacation I explained when we return we would follow up. We then emailed copies of our records, he then created a separate billing to showing money owed,
So not only did he deceive us in fact he would be doing our landscaping service, not subcontract to unknowns, he changed the charge, it was a verbal agreement we would not have considered paying additional 180.00 up front, (360.00)we would not have considered his service, his word was broken!
We have given mr Gonzalez ample time to consider his mistake and keep his agreement. I can't believe, something as simple as law service could be so stressful.
We expected for the higher price we'd be getting professionals, tired of unskilled people killing our grass and charging us, I was getting uncomfortable questioning the service, sounds like intimidation.
His recent Yelp message, is outrageous, he wanted job, his men had to be watched! Inconsistency in work were brought to Gonzalez attention, I have pics of lack of attention, and dead grass due to his helpers, yes, our property may be larger than most of his jobs,
He made commitment, no additional fees addressed to us,
He changes his mind not our issue, if we agreed we would pay, disputing his disreputable service,
We paid 180.00 in advance, per month.
Yes, this is a lot of money per month,
You shouldn't have taken the job,
By the way you harassing by continuous phone, emails etc, is illegal.
You created invoice dosent make you right just fraudulent.

No showed us twice in a month (once a week customer!). Also cut our lawn WAY TOO SHORT with weed wackers. Cigarette butts were also left on the lawn each time they came. I requested service to be stopped and then continually sent invoices requesting payment. Unprofessional!

I'm very happy with the sprinkler repair service provided by Jose. Our sprinkler system is fairly old and had many problems. The 6 zones were not watering correctly, it had wiring problems, and issues with valves and heads not functioning.

I called Jose and left a message. He returned my call later that evening and was able to come out and provide an estimate of the repair costs a couple of days later.

In providing the estimate, Jose explained what needed to be replaced and what could be repaired. I like that he is able to repair valves when possible to help save money. He also shows and explains what the problems are and how they can be corrected.

Overall, I feel like the quality of work we received was excellent and a good value. Our sprinkler system is now back up and running properly thanks to his help and advice on how to proceed with repairing it.

I highly recommend his company for sprinkler work.

NO SHOW

Jose said he would be here Saturday and didn't show up or even bother calling, so I wasted my day waiting. I should have believed the other reviews that said the same thing.
