I hired another plumber and he inspected shower pipes. Your assessment was wrong that pipes were old. Turns out the pipes are in good condition. After he removed the stem you installed, the rubber piece was missing. The piece that I bought brand new that you used and still charged me full price for installing! Shower has worked ever since I hired other plumber with no problems. To say that I am mad is an understatement! It does not pay to lie or cheat someone to get more money! RIP OFF!!!

Jose and his son were a great team. Super responsive and they were able to come out the very next day to help. They were thorough in determining our problem that our leaky pipe was really due to our water regular being broken and our home's water pressure much too high. A new water regulator was installed same day, the leaky hose bib replaced and ALL WAS FIXED! Professional, Quick, and so Nice explaining and showing me and my 93 yr old Dad what needed to be done. Thank u Jose and his son. They are quick and punctual. They answered call right away and got to house within an hour. They fixed the main water valve and my bathroom faucet in 2 hrs. Jose M Plumbing all the way! Needed to make repairs on a toilet and bathroom sink in Pasadena. As I started the daunting task of researching plumbers, I sent out several requests for estimates via Yelp. Some didn't respond, others didn't want to provide an estimate without an onsite consult and others provided extremely high quotes.

Jose was responsive, detailed and fair. He was communicative and explained the work to be done based on pictures I sent. It was easy to make an appointment and they arrived right on time.

The repairs were done quickly and professionally. This father/son duo impressed me with their customer service. If you need a plumber, Jose's your guy.

When I flush the toilet, dirty water came up through the tub. It was clogged. Another plumber came and ran a snake earlier today but wasn't successful. I called Jose who answered the phone immediately. He was upfront with prices and the price was very reasonable. He showed up at the house within 40 mins. He had to run 100 ft snake and it took him multiple times because the pipe was very clogged. I'm thankful he didn't give up. He was able to clear the clog (lots of things came out on the snake), made sure water was draining, put back the toilet and sealed the base. He was very helpful and also gave recommendations for the future. Thank you Jose!!! You're the best and saved the day!!! Will definitely be recommending him to family and friends that need plumbing work in the future. If you need help with plumbing, call Jose. He has the right tools to fix the issue and he was very honest with the price.

I had a bathtub clog that I couldn't get out, no matter how hard I tried. Hard stop, and seemed to be pretty deep in the pipes. Needed it out ASAP, two days before Christmas - reached out via Yelp, had an appointment booked for two hours later, they came as soon as they were able, and had the job done in 30 minutes.
