Our bathtub was clogged and backed up on a Sunday. Most of the plumbing companies were either closed or charging a ridiculous amount for overtime because it was a Sunday. Jose M Plumbing was fast, responsive, and able to get a plumber to my house the same day. The plumber was able to remove the drainage. We were very happy with the results. I'd recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them again.

This is probably the best review I will ever write. Jose answered my call immediately and within 20 minutes he was at our house. We had no hot water for five days because of the storm and my pilot was off. I called the gas company but they were no help. We were going from a tank to tankless but the timing was so that the job would take some time due to electrical work and so on but Jose gave us a good quote. He was very nice and we appreciated his genuine care for our problem. I spoke to many plumbers in the past few days but they all thought they gods gift to plumbing. Most were arrogant. Even some of them might have been cheaper but I wouldn't trust them to enter my house. He also helped turning on the old water heater until we have the tankless installed and he didn't even let us pay him. What a great guy. I highly recommend his services. Thanks jose.

The team of 3 (father and 2 sons) were responsive, transparent and just generally left me with a sense that I was in good hands. Excellent plumbing family business. Our water heater went out Friday night . They were very responsive, provided outstanding communication and customer service. They came out Saturday and replaced the water heater and got us up and running. Everything went very smoothly and they explained the process and everything that had to be replaced.

I hired another plumber and he inspected shower pipes. Your assessment was wrong that pipes were old. Turns out the pipes are in good condition. After he removed the stem you installed, the rubber piece was missing. The piece that I bought brand new that you used and still charged me full price for installing! Shower has worked ever since I hired other plumber with no problems. To say that I am mad is an understatement! It does not pay to lie or cheat someone to get more money! RIP OFF!!!

Jose and his son were a great team. Super responsive and they were able to come out the very next day to help. They were thorough in determining our problem that our leaky pipe was really due to our water regular being broken and our home's water pressure much too high. A new water regulator was installed same day, the leaky hose bib replaced and ALL WAS FIXED! Professional, Quick, and so Nice explaining and showing me and my 93 yr old Dad what needed to be done.
